My promise to you is that I am going to do my best at this job so that no one is taking on more work than they can handle, and that nothing will be rushed or stressful, but accidents can still happen and we need you to be prepared. If you cannot handle doing something, never be afraid to speak up. During the weekend we need to keep our room active and entertaining, moving the plot along as we need to, while at the same time people will be sending in entries for contests, or possibly asking us questions, and it's good to be as quick at responding as we can. I'd also like to keep open a chat room for ourselves during the weekend so that we can communicate during the event and discuss how we feel things are moving along, and any complications that may arise.

How active are you on Gaia and can you honestly commit to this room?: I check gaia everyday and have the gaia tab open for most of the afternoon. I'll be as committed as I was last year, which means I will be there no matter what else is going on. How much experience do you have with leadership and/or roleplaying?: I've been both a Game Master and a Player in Dungeons & Dragons multiple times, I've been RPing in forums for many years, occassionally I've been known to have a derp moment and not know what to say or do though. Three or more of your strengths: Friendly, Well Organized, Loyal Be honest, three or more of your weaknesses: Occasional air headedness, I have a temper in RL(but that's never effected my online attitude), um .... idk, I can't think of any that would effect my ability to be a good room host. Why do you want to be a co-host for the Arcane room?: Personally I feel that the arcane room sits closest to my heart when it come to what would be in it. I'm personally Wiccan (aka a witch) in real life, so I know a lot about the real aspects of witches, It's also been a long standing hobby of mine to study/read about witchcraft in its various forms. Any ideas you have for the room? Please explain: Rather than being a typical room I think it would be fun to see the main host hold the room event, while the secondary host tries to corrupt the attendees and other room hosts in an attempt to sabotage the room event. Then at the end the secondary would either see the error of their ways and repent, or would be caught and trapped in an eternal magic prison. Have an idea for your character? What is it?: I'm thinking if the room goes with the idea I just suggested that I would be some form of demonic, seductive, mischievous, type of dark witch. I would take a few ques on personality from the folk lore about Loki, the god of mischief. Can you handle working under stress if you have to?: yes. How much experience do you have with leadership and/or roleplaying?: I've been roleplaying for 6+ years, and as far as "leadership" I can only say that I've been a girl scout assistant leader for three years IRL and I also do online writing instruction for some friends...? Three or more of your strengths: I'm creative and friendly, and I have a good sense of humor. I excel in communicating with others, and I have good problem solving skills. Please explain: We should each have a different aurora (which is defined by color) and we can cast spells (which when cast could be a riddle in a different language) Have an idea for your character? What is it?: Small, hyper, and spunky witch in training, who's spells don't always go as planned. She has fun colored hair, due to a spell gone wrong. How active are you on Gaia and can you honestly commit to this room?: Pfft, do you even have to ask! Yes, I can be on Gaia and be very active. As of now I come once or twice a week. But I can come on more. I was incredibly active when I was co-hosting my room. How much experience do you have with leadership and/or roleplaying?: A lot. I have been roleplaying actively for at least five years. I was the co-host for last year's very successful, if not most successful room. I can easily be a leader. I tend to be very strict with deadlines and guidelines. I know what I want, and when I want it. I was a floating host the year before, and both years I was heavily active on all three days. I provided a lot of funding last year for our room alone, as well as art. Three or more of your strengths: Organization, I am crazy good with setting dates, timelines, and guidelines. Attention to Detail, I need things to be perfect, and this comes into play heavily with coding. I love coding and have to make sure it is perfect. I did most if not all the coding for two rooms last year and was insane about how perfect I wanted it. Creativity, I love pumping out ideas, they may not make sense or work but I still like to pump them out all the same. Be honest, three or more of your weaknesses: Consistency, I get bored far too easily and hate repetition. Empathy, I cannot stand when people sign up for something and cannot do their job. It annoys me to know end and no I don't want to hear about your sorry a** busy life and why you couldn't do it. Rudeness, I do not want to, nor need to tolerate you if I feel you are being rude or offensive. Why do you want to be a co-host for the Arcane room?: Honestly I really didn't want to host a room. It's a lot of work, and I wanted to roleplay and still participate. So, I checked all the rooms, and found I really, really want to be a witch or wizard. Any ideas you have for the room? Please explain: Hmm, well I don't know what the main plot is yet, but game wise it would be cool to do wizard's duel, or wizard's chess. Totally borrowing from harry potter, so we could call it a Witch's Checkers, and Wizard Battles. Have an idea for your character? What is it?: I am really okay with either gender, and I actually prefer males, so if we have a plethora of females, I do not mind playing a male. I would love to play Merlin. And before you say copyright, Merlin was first introduced in tales about King Arthur which are now public domain. But I would also really love to play Morgana, Arthur's half sister too. Can you handle working under stress if you have to?: Ehh, yes. I can handle stress, just not rudeness. I understand impatience and I may get annoyed by the impatience. But as long as know one is rude, I can deal with it and get the job done.
