Guys~ I got the following special gift yesterday: Quote: Hey there! I've got a special gift for you! From: An anonymous benefactor Message: There's nothing I like more than paper-folding.. except ducks! ~Peyo Anon Why don't you head over to your inventory and see what you got! I got a paper headband as the gift. Isn't that adorable? That got me to thinking, wouldn't it be cool to anon-gift random users speaking in character as an NPC? I think it'd get users to talk, especially if the items that are gifted seem related to the NPC Anon you decide to do.

Hmm.
You know, yesterday I was toying with the idea of doing a special Charity thing for Halloween where we "sell candy bars" -- people donate, we gift them candy items as gifts.
Maybe we could do something like this instead? Anon trick-or-treating. We just have to pick out what Halloween treats suit what NPCs. surprised

I tried to do one of these things solo once and just wasn't feasibly able to make an impact solo. @.@ Never do multiple event commitments.... Boo!

I love this idea, but I'd be afraid to try to write anything meant to sound like an established NPC... I'd be worried sick of getting it wrong.
