Hey, fellow students. This would be Naomi Bitchett Pritchett, your esteemed Ekaterina representative. I'm sure you've all been wondering what the excellent House Event the Ekaterina house has been planning. Well, wonder no more, because heeeeeere it is!
The Nimue's Forest Scavenger Hunt!
Here's the dealio: After dinner, we'll be meeting up in Nimue's Forest on September 27th, 7 PM EST. (For you timezone nerds, that's 9 AM, September 28th in Sydney and midnight in Dublin.) We'll be runnin' around the forest until 9:30, and that's when the game ends. The boundary is the end of Carrmin's sphere of influence.
Now, for all you safety nuts, don't worry. I've personally asked the headmaster to keep the doors open until that time, and there will be professors patrolling Carrmin's borders.
The rules are simple: First house to collect as many things on the list wins! Most things are worth one point, and you can collect up to three of any one-point item. At the end, we'll add up the points and the house with the most points wins twelve points!
Pretty exciting, eh? So here's the list of items. Unless it has a note that says otherwise, assume it's worth one point.
One more thing. As you all should know, even with Carrmin's sphere of influence, creepy crawlies can still make their way in at night. So be on guard. First years, stick with an older student if you can and report anything really bad to the nearest professor.
Also, be on the lookout for a guy with horns and a tail. He's bad news, apparently.
That's all. See you on the 27th! Be ready to lose! <3
