Personality: Marvie- as he likes to be called rather than his real name- is a bright and bubbly person. He first appears rather nice and helpful towards people because he truly is. He deeply values friendship and is loyal to whoever he finds worthy- whether they be good or bad. The young man does tend to hold back on everything he says, hoping to not disturb the sensitive ones with the bad news that he always brings. But on the plus side he is extremely sharp minded and great at handling tough situations when he's in a corner. But Marvie does tend to over exaggerate with things and is the serious fashionisto. This is where he quits his egg-shell walking and cut people down with his sharp tongue about their wardrobe. He is rather merciless when it comes to fashion but will always help out by asking if they would want him to tailor some clothes for them.
In short, Marvie is a practical and unpredictable person whose interest are more personal than professional- leading to some difficulty with the higher ups that he answers to.
Bio: As a young child Marvie was raised fairly well off with his family in Sootopolis but always did have trouble with his name. Because of this he did his best to appear 'manly'; playing sports, getting into fights, attempting to 'get the girl'. But as he was becoming known for his devious attitude he did loosen up and began pursuing his own interest- one of them being sewing. Of course this brought some trouble with his name but he didn't care much anymore- he was content. He was often aimless in his pursuits and this often worried his parents since he was growing up and doing nothing.
So at the age of 15 they gave him a pokemon- or rather a pokemon egg. He instantly became fascinated with it and begun nurturing it every waking moment. It was during his final year in school which he noticed this odd gang that hanged out in the town. Their purpose was unknown until Marvie tripped on this odd rock and nearly dropped his egg. Seeing it was a gem he thought he could give it to his grandfather- a jewelist, to see if he could cut it into a necklace. But before he could arrive to his house the mysterious gang revealed themselves to him and asked for the gem. With Marvie wielding his wits and sharp tongue, managed to sneak away with the gym but was later confronted by his parents that he had to move out. He was getting old and not doing anything so they gave him some money and time to pack until he had to go into the world as a trainer.
Though he did not relish this idea he listened to his parents grudgingly, packing his things and going. It was only after he was about to leave Sootopolis that the group showed up again, preying on his situation and recruiting him. Seeing no real alternative, Marvie agreed and was sent to Kanto to gather more gems- this time with his egg hatching into a togepi.

- Marvie loves making clothes and have various tools in on him so he could take measurements and plans. Although he is a bit invasive when it comes to measuring people.
