Hello there! I am Professor Kadakia, and I teach Magic Theory. Please, have a seat.
Magic, as we all know, is a very mysterious thing. In my class, I hope to help you understand how it works. If you understand how it works, before you know it you can create your own spells! That's not for a while, of course, the end of the year perhaps.
First years, you guys will be learning the basics. Planetary alignments, planetary herbs and colors, sigils, the structure of a spell... by the end of the year you should have enough to construct a very simple spell. Over the years, I will challenge you to construct more and more complicated spells. There won't be much homework in this class, but there will be plenty of challenge.
You might be asking, Why would I want to create my own spells? Well, it's not just spells, but charms, too. With practice, it's possible to make a charm tailored exclusively for your use and your use only. I've seen students do it many times before, and it never ceases to amaze me.
So, that's the basics of Magic Theory. After learning the structures, we will be playing with, modifying, and creating spells to use! I think it's a very fun class, and surely you won't be bored!
Also, students that are exceptional in this class will be recommended by me to the academic course. The academic course may sound boring, but scholars and scientists are actually very impressive with what they do! (Plus, Professor Bobbitt is quite attractive according to male-attracted demographic of the Academy.)
I hope you enjoy my course to its fullest!
