Bio:
Teto Rae was raised in Saffron City as daughter of pokemon breeders.
Since she was a child she was taught by her parents to be a good breeder and how to raise pokemon properly. After a few years she also learned how to breed special pokemon: the shinies. But it's a quite hard process. Feeling bored she decided to go another way: the way of a pokemon trainer. With finishing her 20th year she wandered off withot even saying something.
The only thing she took was her one and only pokemon Rando, a Growlithe. But Rando never had any experiences in battles so both of them are newcomers.
