Since I am a newer member to gaia, I do not have many animal items... they are really expensive.
Thus, themes may limit who will attend. Though you don't have to follow the theme if you can't.

I would like to have the meetups in the evening, but I am not sure how that would work for everyone..
I also think the any weekend day would be a good day to meetup

Theme ideas: Holiday themes, color themes, culture themes etc

With the new shop items it might be cool to do a medieval faire/fantasy kinda thing. Best times for me are evenings and weekends but not Friday or Sunday nights
