Hey, so yeah, Halloween is just around the corner, and to make this work, we've got to get this started asap.
I have an idea to throw out there, but feel free to suggest your own.
Return of the Werewolves. We have already had one werewolf themed event on Gaia, but now we have actual wolf bases. I was thinking we could all become werewolves and anon gift humans gold shop wolf furs with a message about being bitten and a link to our event thread.
The event thread would have whatever contests and games you suggest, with the prizes being either gold or animal items (Preferably Halloween or Wolf themed). I'd like to suggest a dice game, because that's one of the simplest to start.
But please, suggest anything you'd want from the event.

I know in this one guild im in, they do a murder mystery thread thing
im not entirely sure how it works, but i know its very popular!
we could also have a halloween avatar contest
a halloween art contest
maybe people could draw freebies
maybe a survival game involving the dice function? we could combine it with your werewolf idea or maybe make it a zombie thing? i dunno, just tossing out some ideas! xP

If there is going to be a halloween event forum than we should put together another animal hosted thread! I nominate Eiffiee to do the graphics again! she did an AMAZING job doing them at the last event //the spirit festival// and I think she would be awesome!!
also if we do do another thread I want to hold another avi contest as well * U *

We could state that the number will be decided by roll of an admin member or guild member?
That person could roll the dice in the forum after a certain point??
Thus, after a certain number of posts (or however we decide for the event to go) we roll a 4, all 4's will move on
and all other number and deleted posters will be eliminated
AS LONG AS:
we make a note of ever poster asap
This way, if they delete their post it will not matter, because we know they posted at one point, thus deletion of posts is an automatically disqualification

We could also do page gold contest to keep the people who lost from completely leaving I plan on letting multiple contests run in the same thread at the same time anyway. The multiple life thing could get messy. We need something simple just so it is easy to run and manage. The more loops we add, the more loopholes we create.

I think figuring out what type of story or game will make this easier too. Are we doing like a goosebumps "turn to page 67... you die" type of story or....

Oh the werewolf idea is actually pretty cool! I personally wanted to try and organize a grunny invasion thing!mor have like green grunnies vs purple prunnies. But I just wanted to host it like a mini event just for fun. Minimal prizes.
