It's been over a thousand years since the events that nearly wiped out the inhabitants of earth. The land able to cover most of the scarred earth in vegetation while society was able to rebuild. Many immigrants from space decided to cooperated with the current inhabitants for a better future. However the powers in the shadows rather see the events from a millennia ago finish what it's started...

 Mugita arrives down on Earth, walks around a bit neutral once more yet Mugita smirks as he sees a town wanting to destroy it so he powers up. Mugita focuses on his ki gathering it up as he raises his hand up charging a Eraser Cannon. Mugita knows this attack will most likely leave a huge crater on the town and that someone will attack him to stop him though Mugita smirks at the idea of someone wanting to stop him. Ever since Mugita was created, he was wanting to find a purpose on Earth and he find the liking of destroying life and not ever let one victim escape him its either they fight him or they just die without any struggle.
Mugita fires off the Eraser Cannon on the town which it creates a explosion on the town creating a huge crater and that many lives were lost within the blast. Mugita didn't feel sorry for the people that got in the range of the blast, he just laughed though deep inside he would care for anyone he sees that is worth caring about.

((Not sure how to take that... since I didn't give the setting yet...))
Our story begins in the never resting city that's simple known as city three- twenty-seven. Or what the locals call it west city. The sun yet to peek it's head in the sky with many signs of life heading to their desired destination.Some heading home after working from the night shift. Others going o school or just trying to be the morning traffic. The sky is completely covered in clouds with the threat of rain ever eminent. Today marks the anniversary of the near eradication of life on earth. Tho it's a sad tale it's still a rather large celebration none the less.

Taya looks at the sky as she shudders just as she saw the clouds are grey then her adopted father named Jason walks out of his room and straighten his tie,"Ready Taya? I have to get to work after I drop you off at school.." then Taya looks at her father and then said,"um..maybe I should stay home..y-you know in case that if uh something happens.." Jason chuckles then said,"Come on honey, we are going to be late.." he grabs his briefcase, his jacket, and his keys then he walks out.
Taya sighs, grabs her jacket, he backpack, closes and locks the door then follows her father to the car and they both head off.

"It sucks waking up this early..." Rin thought while she gazed up at the grey sky. Her backpack hanging to her by a single strap left shoulder with her left hand clenching it. In the right is an umbrella in the even it does suddenly start to rain. "Walking's good for you she said. You have your youth she said... god she's a slave driver..." she mumbled underneath her breath as she continued her walk as cars just speed by.

(sorry man sad ) Mugita goes flying by a city with a friendly look on his face and lands down walking around the city despite how many people stared at him since he looks like a villain. Mugita though since he is a Majin person really, he does have evil intention to cause chaos around the city. Mugita then begins to charge up a ki blast and fires it which causes a hole in the wall of a building which people start to run from Mugita and which Mugita smirks a bit which yet he does have some good in him but he will only care for the people that are worth it to him.
Mugita then walks away from the scene like he didn't do anything yet he hopes someone will come confront him. Mugita realized long ago he is the biological son of Hatchiyack which there fore he takes on the evil aspect of his father but yet he can easily choose to do good if he really wanted to. Mugita knows he can be a anti-hero character which he will often join with the side that would most benefit him.

The already grey clouds in the sky started to darken as a few droplets started to fall from the sky in a slow pace. "Congratulations you attack a defenseless building... and probably weaken the foundation of the overall structure. Then again I'm not an architect." said a voice behind Mugita. If he were to turn his head he see a young man that looks to be in his early twenty's. "Silly question, but you wouldn't happen to know anyone related to.. what were their name again... ah one named... mutt? or was it Cer... something?"
"Ugh great its not just rain it's thunder storm..." Rin thought while she open the umbrella she had at hand and started to pick up her pace ti her destination.

The West City, it may have been a boring city to some, but to the patron landing ontop of one of the many buildings, it was a city of great lore, and specifically, information about his ancestor. He was dressed in a long white cape and a navy blue gi under it. He carried his sword on his back and his honey brown eyes stared down at the city. The rain began to pour and lightning flashed behind him."Ancestor..what are you hiding?"He said gently, jumping down and landed with light cracks in the concrete under his feet. He startled a few passerbys but he didn't pay them any mind. He began his stroll, down the street towards where he supposed Capsule Corp would be.

"If you are trying to remember my name its Mugita." Mugita powers up as he said that wondering if this person is just human or could he possibly be a saiyan."What are you anyway, a saiyan?" Mugita did wonder as he was reading the guy's power level."However i do not know what names you are trying to remember anyhow besides i best be going i got more destruction to cause." Mugita said it to him like he didn't care if he knew it or not.
Mugita looked to another building smirking as he charged up another ki blast to use for further destruction of the town. Mugita was good years ago but now since over time, he gotten more stronger and now is seeking power which he wants to fight someone that is very comparable to his power level. Though Mugita wonders if the guy will figure out that he is the biological son of Hatchiyack.

Jason parked in front of the school,"remember what I taught in the medical field Taya and I am sure you will become a great doctor some day," Taya looks at her father then she made a warm and gentle smile,"I won't let you down dad.." then she steps out of the car then her father drives off.
As soon the car drives off, Taya saw 2 figures across the street but as she looks closer, one of them looked like some sort of alien due to his color of his skin then she also saw another figure standing infront of him. Taya eyes started to change from normal to dragon with slight kazul eyes and a hint of power wavelength can easily be sensed by them.
((so Taya is the daughter of Cearo and Eva :3))

Mugita look towards Taya and felt her power which he smiled a bit. For anything, Mugita has been alone for years since he is a fusion and majin being a being of evil power but yet even claiming to be evil, he is still confused of what kind of person he would be a hero or villain? Mugita then uses instant transmission to go to a far away location to think to himself and relax.
Mugita thought"If i ever meet that girl in a better time, perhaps then i may be able to ask her why i felt so much power from her." Mugita then lays back in his mind and thoughts wondering about Taya's power level hoping to meet her again.

"Oh yea I wrote it down..." the stranger said to himself as he pulled a small notepad from his back pocket. "let's see Mugita... ignore cause he was... not going to finish that.." he said while he flipped through his notes. "Wait.." he continued as he turned his head towards the source of the sudden appearance of the stronger than usual ki. Suddenly appearing closer to Taya while looking at his note pad for at this point appeared to be searching at random. "Okay you seem very different... from mister 'anti-social'. Are you familiar with someone the name of mutt? Cer- something? Maybe some with a name similar so the moon... someone with scales... or at least better notes?"

Taya flinched as the other being appeared before her then he looks at him then out of no where she said without thinking,"C-Cearo?" she was not sure on who the name belongs too but she heard of a sayian dragon named Cearo help saved the lives of those on earth. She loved to read stories including the one where Cearo helped his friends defeat an evil being.
She looks around for the other being to see where he went but he was already gone then she looks at the stranger before her,"w-who are you anyway?"

"Oh yea that's how his name was said.." The stranger said before he stop flipping through his notes. "I got many a names... most of which are rather rude... I did kinda deserve most of them... any who a very few call me by my father's name... I'll give you a hint it starts with a S and well ends with junior... and a E... Since we're also on the subjects of names and ha you knew the name of aaah, Cearo would you happen to know anyone related to him... kinda looking for them." he chatted on as the sound of sirens in the distances while the rain started to increase in density. In the distances a figure could be seen running closer towards the two.

Taya looks at the stranger then she said to him,"I-I am sorry I don't know anyone that is related to him..from what I read in stories was that he had a child but I am not sure who.." her glasses slightly slid down off her face and her eyes have a dragon look to them and a hint of kazul from what the stranger can see and tell.
She couldn't help that she should run away from this area but her body was telling her to stay but her legs wanted to run.
