(this concerns only the 90s Anime.)
Things I remember from the Sailor Moon panel that I wasn’t able to tape because my phone was dying:
John Stocker is a super nice and sweet guy.
He confirms that to him, Sailor Moon was about Female empowerment and Friendship.
That the person over all of the NA Dub (which was done in Canada) was a French woman (from France) who was a perfectionist and was the one that hired him when he had no experience with Voice Director-duties and believed in him.
In a round about way, his favorite senshi is Sailor Jupiter (which if he had a choice of which senshi to be he would be Jupiter).
The voice acting business doesn’t pay much.
Most voice actors when they come in do more than one episode of dubbing.
It’s rare to get all of them at the same time.
The only voice actress that was consistent from Classic to Supers was the voice of Sailor Jupiter.
The reason why Naru/Molly Baker had that Brooklyn accent was because the other girls that tried out for her part sounded the same. The voice Actress wanted to be a bit different and randomly did it at the audition which got her hired.
The voice actors all did cold readings the moment they got in the studio.
The cuts they made was mostly due to what they had to do to get the show to air.
(and that's all I remember. I'll add more if I remember more and some video I managed to get.)
