Most of the people prefer to live underground. Right in the mountains under a special kind of rock that is just under the mountains top layer of dirt.
Here are the homes of Terrae.

They had been attacking the outskirts of the villages for days. But they were all done in secret. Lerista made sure to send his armies in the cover of night. The work was brutal and quick but by the end of it the homes were entered and all inhabitants were slaughtered. Any investigation into the scene would reveal several things. First, there were signs that the fire nation of Ingus had done it, as there were emblems and weapons from that region in broken pieces and the houses were ablaze. Second and the most unusual of all, was there were no signs of the bodies.

Back at camp the bodies were piled up and reanimated into soldiers. It didnt matter to Lerista who they were or even what age. Every man, woman and child was converted into the undead. Mindless and obediant only to his will. But Lerista had learned a long time ago, wars were not won by attrition. Lerista's second in command came up beside him, his armor stained with the blood of the fallen and the emblem of the fire nation. "My king, another town falls to your might." Lerista looked at him for a moment before looking at the new ghouls. "Any heroes?" The commander sighed and shook his head. "They are none in this village, but we do have a few veterans." Lerista nodded and turned away. It would have to do. A long time ago he had created a few liches and one most powerful to be his advisor. Due to the combined necromatic magic he was able to reanimate the heroes with there entire powers they possessed. That was why he had several warriors, heroes of many nations changed into his commanders. He stood utop the hill and saw the blazes of the fire in the distance.

His plan was simple, sow as much discord among the kingdoms as possible, leaving marks of each group. He would be sure that while they were fighting, his warriors would be waiting. Waiting for their forces to not only be weakened, but those that had fallen would be reborn as his. And then, he would destroy them all.

((You killed the people of Terrae??! XD I think ALL of them live here, and it is not just a village. How would that work?? Let me make sure Saki is okay with it before I post. I'll just quote her.))

(Are you okay with this Saki? If so, I'll continue, but the other Kingdom's NPCs most likely wouldn't be taken so easily and would be controlled by the ruler of the Kingdom. That way no problems occur with any of the other rpers. I'm okay with this. I think I'm STILL the only Earth person XD just like in our old guild. Besides, he needs an undead army. XD Guess we have our bad guy, haha.))

Little did he know, one child escaped him. He ran as fast as he could, travelling through the ground, hidden. He was going to find their queen. Things have turned for the worst in Terrae.

(Saki says that the entire population of Terrae lives in the Burrows. So, what you did is okay, but there must be 100 survivors. Plus, it leaves room for new members to create a character that survived. Cool right? I'm thinking of making the Giant Sequoia tree the save haven for the survivors. Waiting on confirmation from Saki. ))

(Duurrrrr... I have no idea what to type lol. I reread your post, and I'm waiting until you explain what happened haha. All the people are underground. Your post says outskirt villages, what does that mean? And where is the camp? XD because it's still underground. Hmm well the Burrows are massive passageways so they could separate into big holes that have tiny villages built inside them. Yeah that sounds good. So, the question still stands of how much you killed and exactly where? Saying it's all underground. XD Which leads to your men standing on a hill watching the blazes of fire.. XD Whaa? Help me vision this here haha. )

(Hm...okay here is what I have. One of the small villages in a side tunnel was sacked by his army. I have no problem with there being survivors as long as it doesnt sound like they either destroyed a lot on there way out. XD I hate when an army sounds like a cardboard cutout type. And since they are tunnels, I guess he would be watching from down the tunnel they had taken to get there. Lerista was once part of this kingdom so he would know the tunnels as if they were his own home. That sound alright?)

(Perfect blaugh )

Lerista's army was able to take apart the smaller villages of the underground tunnels. The village didn't go down without a fight. Both sides had losses. Although, it was futile in the end. Both sides came back from the dead to feed the needs of this death whisperer. The ground started to shake. The fire may be seen glowing at the end of the tunnel. Avani was surfing on a rolling hill of dirt. She had reached the main entrance to the Burrows. However, she didn't take the tunnels. She stomped her foot and sunk straight down into the ground, creating an elevator. She was lit up in fury. A small child that escaped the attacked village had found his way to her. Her eyes were ghosted out, but she could see everything. Although blind, the world around her was seen through her bare feet. At this moment, she is in her casual wear (outfit on the right). If Lerista and his men leave now, then she wouldn't see them. If he chose to stay until he saw her reaction, she would have only caught a glimpse of him. If he did not leave, the framing of Ignis would not have worked.

(would she know him? She's blind, so she'd have to know by voice if she does know him. I'm thinking somewhere along the lines, she might get tricked into thinking he is a good guy. I don't know. Plot in the making.))

Lerista stood watching over the village they had recently sacked. He placed his sword onto his shoulder as he felt a presence moving the earth nearby. A knight came over wearing black armor and knelt before him. "My lord, I sense a presence approaching. Orders?" Lerista moved his hand and sighed. "Move back in the tunnels. It wont do to be spotted and since we are in the area of earth tremorsense isnt uncommon...so move out now." He turned to look over the village again as his armada started leaving in unison. As the last of the armada went down the tunnel Lerista finally turned and followed suit. He had links to all his knights and liches so he wasnt worried at all. She wouldnt catch a glimpse of his army besides the feeling of a large force in the distance, however she would get a glimpse of Lerista himself as he followed down the tunnel. His armor was the same as before so she would indeed recognize him as a hero for the Terran kingdom, but he had disappeared when he was sent on a scouting patrol.

(Would she recognize him as her own hero or her father's hero? Oh, and she's blind XD))

Avani could hear the fire whipping around on the village. She shifted her foot and stomped down, sending vibrations through the ground. It highlighted where every building was. She bit her lower lip and stomped harder. She couldn't find any bodies except for the ones walking off in the distance. She couldn't actually see them with her eyes. She felt them. Her stomps act like a sonar, detecting the things around her and giving them a shape. She could somewhat make out the outline of the marching solider's outfits. Some of them seem like the villagers. "Wha.. What is going on.. where are they.." She noticed one of them trailing behind. "Hey! Wait!" She ran after them. The guards finally arrived to the village. Their queen was already running after the group. She did not fully recognize Lerista due to his outline and shape. It could have been anyone. If he would speak, she'd know exactly who he was. "What happened! Did you do this?!" Her rage started to build, but she was keeping it under control. It would have been easy to stop her by simply shutting off the tunnel or by any other means. That or for some odd reason, Lerista could allow her to follow.

((As her father's since he was much older)

Lerista could feel the vibrations in the ground, it let him know that somebody was scouting for them. But this was much more impressive scale then what he normally saw. This could indeed prove bothersome to him and his plans. Hearing her voice with the note of rage Lerista turned, fully intending on slicing her down. But when he saw who it was he hesitated. It was the old king's whelp...all by herself. She had grown a lot since he had seen her last. And he also could see the guards in the distance. Slamming his own foot into the ground the cave moved and sealed itself behind her, cutting off the guards for now. "Its been a long time Avani. You have grown so much." He could see she was blind, this should be easy but he knew that also meant she was very intuned with the earth to compensate. And now he had himself a very important hostage. "You shouldnt have pursued....things are happening that are very complicated. Fire is ravaging this place. And what do you intend to do?"

(If you want to read to get a feel for her personality and past run in with bad guys XD about two pages. Not long. Oh and what you read DID NOT happen to her in this guild. XD Completely different dimension.)

Avani felt the ground behind her raise. She knew immediately that someone had turned on the kingdom and her. Despite that, she stood tall. Not one ounce of fear was in her body. Her eyes stared blankly at Lerista. She was born blind, so she's lived with it her whole life. "Avani..? Only those in the castle ever called me by that.. It was always Lady Demetria or Princess Demetria. Sometimes, it was something Beifong. Yeah, this guy knows me.." Avani stretched out her hand. "If I may..?" She took steps forward before he could even finish answering. She looked forward, but her hand rose upwards to his face. "I know your voice... but I cannot.." If allowed, she would touch his face. Tracing her fingers over it, she could get a feel for what he looked like. "What do I intend to do..? I intend.. to find out the reason behind a random attack. Was it due to the Marked..? The Kingdom..? What..?" If she was allowed to touch his face, she'd remove her hand. "I don't want to assume. Do you know who did this?"

Guards on the other side of the wall may be heard kicking and screaming. They moved parts of the Earth wall, but it wasn't budging easily. Avani, most likely, could have gotten out. However, her curious nature always kept her going. "Queen Demetria!"

(How interesting)

Lerista felt a chuckle and actually laughed lightly. It was a sound that would be unsettling to his army as he had never laughed unless it was mocking. "Not many may know you like I do." He did let her touch his face, and that was something else that he allowed none in his armada to do. The helmet was long since gone but the face would be somewhat recognizable. "And as to who, what and the why...that is not an easy answer. And while the truth is complicated the reasons are more so...and the answers are not with coming." He was being purposefully vague. He wasn't quite sure what to do with her. She was or at least should be the queen now. And her father was the king, so she might prove to be powerful herself. But he was a powerful knight in his day and now the king of the undead.

Avani gently trailed her fingers over his face, feeling where each feature was. She let out a soft laugh. "Heh.. I know you.. I just.. can't remember.." She bite her lower lip. "I do apologize.. for not remembering.. who are you? What do you mean not many know me like you do?" She traced her thumb over his lip. "The name is not one that surfaces easily. Please. If you know me, then you know I now protect this kingdom. This is the home of my people.. Someone set it into a blaze. I do not wish to assume that it was you.. and your men. However, it's difficult when you wish to complete dance around my questions.." She dropped her hand from his face and growled. "You're frustrating." She sighed. "I'm coming with you."

The guards started beating apart the wall, taking piece by piece off of it.

Avani laughed. "Man! I've got to get my guards to toughen up.. Say.. Where did you learn that, anyways? It's not often one runs into someone with skills like that. Of course, I can break it down if I wanted.." She grinned. "I just don't feel like it.. Not unless you either tell me who did this or let me come with you.. I want to understand."

Lerista stood still as she ran her fingers across his face. Despite the fact that he was no longer living his body hadn't decayed at all and was still whole. It had been a long time, so it was no surprise that she didn't know him at all. "I do know that you run the kingdom now, and my name..." He grinned, though he knew she couldn't see it without her hands on his face. "Is Lerista of the Deep Stone Clan." The house itself was no longer in standing, as all its members were gone or dead. His eyes flickered towards the wall and back to her. "I will permit you to follow but your men must desist....more death isn't necessary at the moment." He didn't want to kill them just yet. They would prove no challenge but she was an unknown factor at this point. If need be he would use her kind nature against her and threaten not her life but theirs.

Avani looked off to the side, turning her ear towards the wall. She shook her head and started to walk towards Lerista. She touched his smiling face. One moment, Leri. She smiled and went to the wall without the guards behind it. She opened a tunnel and walked down it. It led to her room. She returned wearing a cloak. The tunnel closed behind her. She walked over to Lerista and was looking straight ahead, but not at him. Why.. have.. where have you been hiding all this time? Before he could even answer, she did something surprising. She hugged him. She held onto him too and laid her head on his chest. Why... He was one of the few that treated her as a person instead of a princess. To her, he was her friend. It didn't matter if he felt the same or not. When she heard the Deep Stone Clan all died, she mourned until her father forced her to toughen up. She released the hug, her face emotionless. If we leave, we leave my way.. guards will be at the main entrance by now. She placed her mask on her face and shifted her foot to the side. She rose her hands into the air then spun pulling at the earth. The ground around them cracked, around all of his army. She bit her lip and struggled for a moment. Though, the mask did not show it. The ground shifted and shot up like an elevator, keeping the air bubble so everyone could breathe. They got to the surface. She directed everyone to step off. Once they did, she put it back.

The ground around the whole town ripped open and Undead poured forth from the ground, the crypts, the graveyards and the homes that Lerista had held them in. The shambling bodies of the previous town folk were abound and in huge mass. They seemed massive in scope and number and not all were rotting, some were whole and wielding wicked looking black weapons. Man, woman and child were terrified as man woman and child attacked them.
