Hello everyone! First of all, I would like to personally take the time to thank you for being apart of this guild and helping us crew members bring to life an idea we had. I think it's really awesome of you to want to be apart of something like this, so I thank you.
Alright--- now with my thanks being said, I'd like to bring to light a tool that we hope will be of great benefit to all of us here at Ascot's Camp.
This thread is our Absence Thread.I hope this thread will help us to work around each other's busy lives outside of this guild. I understand that everyone who attends school will be heading back if they haven't already. I also understand that most of us have jobs outside of gaia. We all have responsibilities that we are liable for. All that the crew is asking is that you give everyone in the guild a heads up if you expect to be gone for a while. Here you can post and let all of us in the guild know if you're going to be away for a few days, weeks, etc. All we ask is that you fill this little form out and add anything else that might be of importance;
