There once was a kingdom, where magic existed in the land and the earth gave special boons to its children in the shape of a Bond. Bonded, people whom the earth gave it's blessed gift to, were known as protectors of the realm and their people. So it was that they were called The Riders.

The Riders: People whom are gifted a Spirit Bond with a creature of the earth. These people can bond with four classes of animals;

Speed: Elk, used as Scouts
Intelligence: Hounds, mainly Officers
Strength: Sabre, front line attack force
Defense: Mammoth, gaurdians of the cities and people

Intelligence Class Information:

Intelligence Class is made up of the leading officials of the government. The spirit animals in this class represent the loyal natures of their human bonds, and seek to lead the world into order and peace. Below are the breeds seen in the intelligence class;

Pit Bull- This companion is seen with commanders whom have loving natures, and are loyal to a fault. These commanders follow orders without hesitation, even if it's against their better judgement. Primarily matched with officers in a second in command position.

Rottweiler-

German Shepherd- This companion is seen with officers that are leading Generals of the kings army. Officers in these positions think long and hard about everything, and never take others words as fact. They tend to seem standoffish and cold, but are just thinking things through carefully.

Dalmatian- This companion has only ever been seen bonded to those of the royal house Caramon. Caramon, first king over Drahondale, was the first to make the bond with a spirit animal during the War of Gods, and has since been the only bloodline who could summon and bond with this breed. Those bonded with Dalmatian are viewed as future heirs and as rulers. They tend to be noble and brave of heart, with strong opinions. Not always ones to listen, it can take a stern mind to rein in those who bond with this breed, but once respect is gained, these rulers will have a friend for life.

Irish Setter- This companion is seen with officials who are caring of others and their welfare and have a natural empathy to those around them. These officials tend to choose the path of Healers, and tend their injured comrades in the healers tents or in city hospitals.
