I wouldn't have known this unless you put this up. Mainly because no matter what MMO I play, I never pay attention to the news. I never check mainly out of laziness because it usually doesn't change how I play the game. But because it SAO, I will be online for a long while.

I don't believe that she will be a pet. I think she will be a doll that you can summon to give you a buff and pick up your money

I don't know honestly, I figured she would be like the commerce partners or the butler/maid. But I am assuming that it will be her Fairy form since that is the one that the picture is showing. So I don't know what exactly she will be categorized as. Her being a pet made sense to me since when she is a Fairy, she can quite latterly fit inside of a pocket.

Yeah, I might actually spend money as well. SAO is something that I like too much and I don't think I can resist something like this as I have with the other money grabs that Nexon had put out.
