Why didn't I see the obvious? The guy who sees the lies, is the biggest lair of all... should have seen that coming a mile away!
Though it does show the Metalbenders seem have great skill and could almost take down those four, with the help of Team Avatar of course! but yeah, that was an epic fight!

Metalbenders are more graceful than i imagined...remember the dancers? i would never see toph doing that

Earthbenders usually use Hung Ga. They had a professional martial artist consult them on which Martial Arts suited which element. Hung Ga I believe is very "grounded". Airbenders use Baguazhang. "Circle Walking" or "Eight Trigram Palm". Firebenders use Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. Waterbenders use T'ai chi ch'uan. Yep.
