Artwork Rules

Okay everyone, this is what we're all here for right?

There will be 2 main thread types here.

[Sketchbook]
[Critique Me]

A [Sketchbook] is your sharing thread, where you can post WIP shots as well as finished pieces. By default I'll say that these threads are critiqueable but if you just want a place to post your work, then in your opening post make sure you mention you are NOT seeking critiques.

A [Critique Me] thread is where you post things you WANT critiqued and this is a signal for others to jump in and see what they can do to help you improve.

gaia_star You get one of each thread type, so you'll have a total of two threads with your name on it in this subforum, or just one depending on what you want.
gaia_star If you're updating your Critique Me thread, put an Updated Date in the title so people can see you have something new to be viewed.

Example thread titles:
[Sketchbook] HitokiriChibi's Sketchlings
[Critique Me] HitokiriChibi (Updated 23/07/14)

You're welcome to shorten the titles to or [C] as well if you wanted to have more space in the subject itself. I just want to make sure it's clear and consistent throughout.

Critiques

I said it on the main page but again, please give thought out critiques to one another. If possible follow this guide or a similar format.

I want to see critiques with:
- The good
- Pointing out what needs work
- Ways or links to things that will help the artist work on those problem areas
- Encouragement

I do NOT want to see:
- Single lines of 'work on [bleh]'
- Profanity
- Ridiculing someone's work

If I see any of those negatives, I will give out warnings and if it comes to it, ban you from the guild. That is NOT what we are about.
