This is my first time running a guild so work with me people and let know ways we can improve things and keep it all running smoothly!
Let me know if you we need different subforums etc or if you have ideas you'd like implemented in some way.

This isn't much of a suggestion towards the forums but it would affect it. You should consider adding a Daily Challenge. People sign up for this activity weekly. Where you basically put up a subject that everyone could try drawing, updated daily. UGH something like that LOL

Well in the Draw A Day thread there are links to things like that already so it feels like it would double up.
Perhaps instead of calling it Draw a Day I could rename it to be a daily inspiration thread since you can find that sorta thing?

Haha things haven't gotten TOO busy as yet so I can still keep an eye on everything for now.
I'd be happy to accept crew once things get more busy and I can choose people who I think are keen and can uphold the sorta values and spirit I want this guild to have.

I'd like to start/ see a conception forum. I'd like to share my experience in how to design an original character from scratch using modern industry techniques. And once a week or month giving out a fun and critical thinking challenge .

So would that be a series of tutorials or more an exploration for you?
If it was tutorials, then it would be in the Resources section. If that's the case I'm happy to either make a sub-heading in 'The Figure as a Whole' part of Resources to deal with character design or make a new thread just for character design techniques.
If it was an exploration but still geared towards sharing a technique then you could make your own solo thread in Resources.
I'm cool with the idea of the critical thinking challenge, and you're welcome to start a thread for that in the Activities sub-forum.

hey chibi, maybe we could do something to get to know each other better? like, there are several people in the introductions thread, but not many are active from what i can see so there could be a friendship event, not necessarily relating to art... or maybe it could end with us doing a group shot in one of those silly group bases all over deviantart just in the name of fun idk xD so then more people would join the activities maybe :3

Can you link to that group base thing you mentioned? I has not seen one D:
And yeah, I'm sorta regretting making the intro thread separate, like maybe it should have just been incorporated into the General Chat thread and then people could comment on what people are aiming to do and all that.
I'm not sure what sort of event to do to get everyone active and posting. I think a lot of people are in the middle of their studies and stuff so they don't have time, perhaps?
I've also been planning a guild announcement to try and get some feedback from everyone.
