xxxx • Personality : Seri has an interesting personality. Normally she’s happy and cheerful. She greets everyone with a smile and a hug, usually a very powerful hug that she surprises them with. Most people will agree her hugs come out of nowhere unless she says hi first. She is a friendly and cheerful individual, but like anyone she is capable of a full range of emotions. She sometimes takes a little while to understand things and she likes to see the best in people. Something she plays ignorance towards and tolerates because she’d rather not get into them and she’s learned that feigning ignorance usually ends things in her favor.
The flip side to her personality is a bit darker. When she doesn’t get a hug her personality does a complete 180 and she turns into a violent berserker. This is great for battles since it gets her in the fighting mood against hollows that she usually has pity for, but it is a pain for those who do not know her well and reject her hugs. She has some control over it at least. When she doesn’t know a person she asks for a hug before hugging them. This avoids her going violent. She generally tries to get along with everyone.

xxxx • Biography : Seri was born in another dimension that went through a apocalypse. Kiyo found her near death and stayed with her until she died because she asked him too. She was scared and clung to him. He stayed because he was shocked she could see, touch, and hear him. When she died he took her to the soul society and raised her as his daughter. She was top of her class in sword fighting until Auron managed to beat her. She and Aruon spent a lot of time together and fell in love. For a while he helped her in her squad before he went to his own.

xxxx • Instant Effect : The katana glows pink along the edges of the blade.
xxxx • Passive Ability : Summons a cloud of hundreds of swallowtail butterflies that just fly around. The butterflies are Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly with a 5 inch wingspan and they are 4.5 inches tall. The cloud of butterflies contains 500 butterflies total that do not respawn and can easily be destroyed by energy based (like kido and zanpaktu abilities). The area affected by these butterflies is 50 feet in diameter. However if all the butterflies are destroyed she can go out of shikai for three posts (just her). After those three posts she can go back into shikai and have the full amount of butterflies.

xxxx • Blackout : The cloud of butterflies turns black and tries to surround the the opponent in a five foot by five foot circle, blocking and absorbing the light into their wings so visibility is reduced to none or very little depending on the time of day. The lighting is reduced to half-light so if it is done at noon it looks like dusk inside the circle of butterflies. Breaking through the butterflies is very easy and lighting returns to normal while the butterflies regroup around the opponent. 150 butterflies are used for this technique and is most effective indoors or when it is cloudy. This technique lasts for 2 posts total and it takes 1 post for the butterflies to regroup after they have been broken through.
xxxx • Blind: The butterflies fly at the opponent’s eyes and try to stick over them to form a blind fold over the opponent’s eyes that causes temporary blindness if the butterflies manage to land. They can be dodged or destroyed by physical attacks and energy based attacks like kido/cero and zanpakto abilities. 100 butterflies are used for this technique and it lasts for one post and has a five post cool down. The butterflies are still black and block out all light if they manage to form the blind fold.
xxxx • Shadow Dance: The butterflies surround the opponent and create confusing arrays of shadows by creating openings in their circular wall that constantly change. This is to confuse the opponent and throw them off balance. It is very easy to break through the circular wall of butterflies and they have to regroup afterwards. Two protect her from the confusion two of the butterflies cover her eyes and her eyes will glow the color of her reiatsu. What these two butterflies do is allow her to see clearly among all the shadows as if there were none. The technique uses 200 butterflies to create more shadows in a rotating wall of shadows, energy and general confusion. The wall parts in one place at a time so that the user can take advantage of the confusion caused by the butterflies. This rotating wall lasts for 3 posts and can be evaded in the first place, or can be defeated by destroying the butterflies.
xxxx • Flickering Flurry: The cloud of butterflies fly around the combatants in a frenzied flurry with no rhyme or reason. They bump into things and the combatants and cause the lighting to flicker really quickly to try to produce a stunning and dizzying effect. To protect her from the affects of her attack two butterflies cover her eyes. Her eyes turn the color of her reiatsu and she gains the ability to not see shadows for the duration of the attack. However she is vulnerable to attacks that she can be warned of because of shadows. This doesn't enhance her vision it just makes it so she can't see shadows and only lasts as long as the attack does. The technique uses all remaining butterflies up to the full 500 in order to create absolute chaos and confusion on the battlefield. The butterflies swirl around at random bumping into objects or people for 5 posts before they are able to calm back down. During this time no other technique can be used and the goal is to make the opponents extremely confused leaving them open to other attacks from the caster.

Appearance : The katana becomes two daggers. Each dagger has a hilt decorated with butterflies and the blade is plain. Each dagger is 12 inches long and are silver colored.
xxxx • Instant Effect : The blades of the daggers turn a silvery blue color along the edges.
xxxx • Passive Ability : 1,000 razor sharp winged butterflies are formed. This time they are silver, the same color as Seri's reiatsu.. They can be just as easily destroyed by an energy based attack. The area affected by these butterflies is 100 feet in diameter. If all the butterflies are destroyed she is knocked out of bankai for five posts and then she may enter it again with the full amount of butterflies.

xxxx • Cyclone slicer: The butterflies fly around the opponent in one direction and can cause many small cuts where their wings brush. They are very delicate and break after they cut someone or they are knocked away and do not respawn. The technique uses 150 butterflies to fly around the opponent attempting to cut them with the razor sharp wings. These cuts are about the equivilent of getting a bad paper cut, at most one or two layers of skin and they come in at the opponent in a straight line from the side before trying to encircle the opponent. This technique lasts one post and needs 3 posts to cool down.
xxxx • Flurry: The butterflies dive bomb the opponent in a wild flurry to try to cut the opponent. They are very delicate and break after hitting something. The technique uses 200 butterflies grouped up together to strike at the opponent and break after they make contact with an object. This technique can leave some deep and nasty cuts, as if they were cut by an exacto knife. However it is not outright life threatening. This lasts for one post and has 3 post cool down.
xxxx • Fluttering Finale: All remaining butterflies are used in this attack and are sent to strike at an individual’s vital spots such as the eyes, neck, wrists and back of the knees. They can be avoided, but the sheer number of them makes this difficult. They can be destroyed using energy based attacks. Once they are destroyed they cannot respawn and this attack can only be used one time per battle.

Okay.. so. I read what you said and I can fix thing, but I want to bring up two things. The measurments for the butterflie's wings are accurate. Here is some proof and there is also proof from National Geographic. Also, I did state that energy based attacks (like kido and zanpaktu abilities) and physical attacks destroy the butterflies. So I am confused as to why you saw a problem when those when they were addressed. Or do you want me to be more specific with what destroys the butterflies?

And for using shikai abilites in bankai... do you want me to put that 1000 new butterflies with razor wings are created and the black butterflies disappear? Would that work?

I saw what you meant on skype. We both were confused because of the fact that we thought the height was the length of the body.

What I am saying is that any physical attack or kido can destroy them then it's too weak. When I mentioned both of them, I was asking for you to chose one.

I was mentioning what stand alone does. I want to make sure you know that you can't use Shikai abilities in bankai if it's stand alone.

You can have both, but basically, everything is the strength of glass. It's totally up to you what you want to do. It's your Zanpakuto.
