On the queen size bed on the wall to the left is a soft pink comforter with elegant lace pillows tossed casually towards the headboard. Sitting next to the bed is a simple desk and table with papers stacked in neat piles on the desk's surface. The curtains covering large windows on the opposite wall from the door are made of a beautiful white lace. To the right there is a white dresser matching that of the desk, filled with dresses and other bits of closing, standing proudly next to the door that lead into an equally clean and beautifully designed bathroom with grand tile and granite countertops. It's probably the cleanest room on base.

As she walked up the stairs, Kat smiled to herself as the footsteps of the vampire hit each step with an audible thump behind her. Obviously she had intrigued him, with a simple flick of her tail brushing against his leg, she coaxed him into a game of "Kat and mouse." He would make a good plaything, a pawn in her plan to bring demons to the top. During the entire conversation, she could sense his eyes and attention on her and she planned on using that to her advantage. Unlike the succubus who relied on their beauty to draw people in, cat demons relied on temptation and teasing. "This way," she said in a soft voice, turning around to look at him once she reached the top of the steps. Without waiting for an answer, the young woman turned back around and made her way towards her bedroom door. Hopefully he's as stupid as he is attractive, she thought and slowly opened the door. Stepping out of the hallway and into her bedroom was like night and day, the torn up halls and bloody floorboards were put to shame once one stepped inside the perfectly organized and classily decorated room.
Kat left the door open for the vampire and walked over towards her bed. "Be a doll and close that behind you," she called back behind her, more of a demand than a suggestion. There were a few men she had under her charm from the lesser races, it made it easier for her to stay up to date on affairs. Having a rogue vampire would make her collection even better, due to her small size she was more of a schemer than a fighter so it would beneficial to keep someone around who could fight her battles for her. Kat took a seat on her bed, crossing her legs as she glanced back at the male. "Sit," she told him, motioning towards the white chair that sat at her desk. She waited for him to approach her before she began to speak again. "I don't believe I caught your name," she started, tilting her head to the side with a curious look in her eyes. "As you know, I'm a demon and you are obviously a vampire. We're not meant to mix as you understand. My offer is that we create a temporary truce, if you help me out I'll allow you to live and will help you as well." Her voice was sweet, but it couldn't match the deadliness of her words. Kat leaned forward and gave him a mysterious smile, her eyes flashing with a deadly excitement as she waited for his response. "You see, I need a partner. Obviously I'm not very strong, but I am smart and I have connections. So I guess my question is, do we have a deal?" She brushed her hair away from her shoulder and bit her lip, watching him with wide eyes.

As Logan began to follow this particular demon to wherever it was she wanted him to be, his eyes flickered with hungry glistening in each iris. There was something about the chase that raised his blood-lust to a substantial high. His fang became visible in his dangerous smile as he followed her into what appeared to be her bedroom. His first thought was that she couldn't be so foolish as to want a simple shagging out of this. She proved in the kitchen to be relatively intelligent. Logan cocked an eyebrow as she commanded him to shut the door behind him. He gave her a condescending smirk and kicked the door shut behind him. He saw it only fitting to show her lavishly laced up bed chamber a little bit of what he referred to has hospitality for other races. The door shut with a loud thud behind him as he rounded his way over to the white chair that she beckoned him over to.
Logan quickly figured this one out. She was a rowdy, dainty thing that got off on control and used it to her advantage. He assumed she wanted something out of him in the way that she purposely intrigued him. The vampire kept the chair in place, facing the desk, and instead of doing her the grace of turning it to face her chose to sit in the chair backwards. He rested his arms against the back of the chair and swung each leg around either side. Logan let his head drop against his arms. He was silent as the cat demon explained her proposition.
Logan allowed what she was saying to bounce around in that hard head of his. Working together with a demon because she needs muscle to back up whatever it is she believes she has to offer other than a fun bickering, chase.... His head finally rose but went back in a maniac laughter. "I don't know what would be more insane of you. To lead me up here in some sort of game or to request my assistance in a demanding fashion." His laughter lessened as he ran his hand against his mouth and jawline.
Logan was not meant to work with others. He strayed from grouping himself with his own kind let alone those lesser than him. His hand grew still over his thin lips as he considered her request once more. "You say you'd allow me to live, darlin' but you see... it is I who is sparing you." Logan kicked back out of the chair causing it to move a good few feet towards the bed. He went on over to the bed. He could smell her blood from within her veins.Seeing her this closely, he noticed a few more things that appealed to all of his senses. She did have the whole alluring factor in the bag. He inclined closer to her choosing to place his hands on the edge of the bed. "I could make you give me pints," he said evenly. After making a show of manly dominance, he grinned widely.
"Logan." He said flattly before removing himself from her bed. Standing in front of her, he balanced his weight on the balls of his feet. "Alright. Now that we have both said our piece...what is it that you need help with exactly?"

The fact that the vampire didn't have the courtesy to sit correctly in her chair as she spoke irritated Kat to the point where she wanted to reach over and slap the grin off his face. This was, after all, her bedroom and he was a guest. He still seemed to make himself comfortable on her furniture, but she didn't pause to correct him. At least he didn't interrupt her as she spoke, there was nothing she hated more than someone stopping her in the middle of her sentence for useless questions or unnecessary comments. As he pondered her offer, the cat demon took a lock of hair and twisted it around her finger in a bored fashion, waiting for a brilliant thought to come out of such a dull head. She didn't want to work with a vampire any more than she was sure he didn't want to work with a demon, but she needed him for the time being. His voice snapped her out of her thoughts, her eyes narrowing at his words. Her? Insane? He didn't have to follow her up the stairs and into her bedroom, she could have easily led him into a trap and he wouldn't know until it hit him. "Excuse me? How dare you insult me in my own room," she growled as he laughed at her.
A small gasp escaped her lips as he kicked the chair away from him and moved towards her. His closeness made her uncomfortable, Kat leaned back on her hands and stared up at him with wide crimson eyes. It took a moment for her to recover from the initial shock, she had never had a blood sucker so close to her face. When he seemed satisfied with his demonstration of some kind of power over her, Kat gave him a mischievous smile and stood up off her bed, moving closer until the two were just inches apart. "Well Logan, you seem to think of me as just an attractive female, how could I possibly benefit you?" she chuckled, raising her hand to her collarbone. A sharp nail cut into her pale flesh, a bright red stream of blood welling from the wound and slowly trickled down. "I have something I think you may be interested in. Every demon has a special ability, whether it be they are able to control fire or fly. Mine does not benefit me. In fact, if anyone were to get some of my blood and consume it, it acts as an amplifier for their abilities. It will temporarily make you stronger than any pureblood, your senses will become sharper and more alert, you will be able to run faster than you ever have before." The young woman tilted her head to the side, pushing her hair back away from her shoulder and fully revealing the fresh cut she had made. "Try it, just a taste," she urged him, a dark smile playing at her lips. "I won't give you pints, but I will give you a sample for now. If you agree to join me, I will provide you with blood if you help me destroy the elders." The only thing she didn't tell him was that her blood was incredibly addictive, once hooked the drinker could go mad without it. After the first taste, the drinker wouldn't notice the need immediately, but will gradually begin to crave it. The more blood that was consumed, the more addicting it got. "Come on, it never hurts to try."

Logan had put on quite the show and was caught off-guard by what happened as a result. The mischievous smile followed by the strange closeness caused his instincts to surface. attack, drain, move on. The feminine feline was dangling his weakness in his face in the form of slicing into her own skin and allowing sweet, crimson blood to trickle down her collarbone. His insides screamed with the natural urges to sink his fangs into the open wound and suck her dry. The images of draining her flashed through his mind like passing trees when out in the hunt, there and gone just as easily. He saw it all happening. His heart began racing with the thrill dancing on the tip of his tongue. It wouldn't be the first time he drained someone entirely. And in truth, if he did drain her dry, she wouldn't be his last victim.
That was the thing that made Logan so ruthless. He didn't care about saving the lives of his meals. They were just that. Meals. Disposable. But what was this that she was rambling on about? Logan could barely zone in on the words that she uttered through his desires. He cleared his throat. Someone so eager to give their blood could easily have it laced. He mentally flinched at the memory of toxin laced blood of one of his former victims. He was ill for weeks from that b*****d.
Logan remained cautiously still as she enticed him further with the knowledge of what her blood possessed; strength, amplified abilities. He stared at her exposed skin as her blood continued to drip down.
He began to speak, "Am I to truly believe the words you speak? What reason do I have to trust that your blood does as you say and nothing more?" He was restraining himself only because this demon was a rogue and he held them up to higher standards of trickery even for their kind. He began to grow more and more suspicious of her agenda. Even if her blood would strengthen him, what would it cost him? His pride? Her sick satisfaction of him drinking from her?
But as he began to think rapidly of the what ifs he realized she had to be telling the truth. She just cut herself in the presence of a pure-blood vampire who could easily suck her dry. In all actuality, this action done by anyone else was like signing their own suicide note.
Logan closed the minimal distance that she created between them. His body was merely inches from hers. With her head tilt back he could see the premium veins underneath her pale flesh. His mouth opened slowly, fangs coming slightly farther down. "You've got some guts, demon," he chuckled before inclining his head close enough so she could feel his breath on her neck. He licked the dripping blood off from beneath her collarbone and paused, allowing the taste to slide down his throat.
Then, almost too soon, he bit down into her cut. His mind became foggy with the adrenaline that came with feeding. More his thoughts commanded. More, they demanded again and again. Logan threw himself back from the cat demon, his feet sliding to a halt against the desk. He wiped his mouth clean and starred at her in disbelief. She hadn't told a lie. He could feel something changing within him as the blood began to settle. He clenched his jaw in anger of the way her blood tasted in comparison to any other. The damned woman's blood was sweeter than that of fae.
"Impossible," he spat.

Now it was her turn to take him aback, her smile and bold closeness seemed to throw him for a loop as well as the blood that trickled down her porcelain skin. Kat knew what he wanted, what his body craved in order to continue his pathetic existence, blood. He wanted to drain her, suck the life from her delicate veins. Even with his adorable attempt at putting up a fight, Kat knew that he wouldn't be able to hold out for long with such a willing donor standing in front of him. She got a sick, twisted sense of joy as she held power over him, little did he know that as soon as he reached for her blood, he became her pawn. It was hard to keep such a straight face as he pressed up against her body, his hot breath gently blowing a stray lock of frosted hair from her shoulder. His tongue sent chills down her spine as he licked the blood that had begun to roll down her chest. "What is life without risks?" she said simply as his fangs sunk into her flesh. There was a sharp pain, but nothing the cat demon couldn't handle. She was willing to do just about anything to get what she wanted, the luscious taste of her was the first thing that drew them in and eventually left them groveling on the ground for more. The leech had more self control than she thought, she watched him fly away from her before landing against the side of her desk.
"Nothing is impossible," Kat purred, watching his face filled with pure shock. She was enjoying this, maybe a bit too much. The affects were already beginning to course through his body, the new mass of power should be pulsing through his body like a second heartbeat until it seeped into his muscles and flooded his brain. It was like giving a child candy for the first time and watching as he jumped around the room in pure ecstasy. The cat demon took a step closer to Logan, her white tail casually swaying back and forth as she ran her fingers down his cheek. The bell around her neck let out a delicate jingle as she tilted her head to the side, studying his features with a gentle smile. "You may not like it, but you need me Logan. I can provide you the means necessary to bring down the high council," she whispered, crimson eyes still locked on his face as she stroked his cheek softly with her fingers. "I'm the one with the connections and the blood, all I need is your muscle." Kat removed her hand and turned her back to him, making her way towards her dresser where she picked up a silver pen. "Of course, why don't you sleep on it? You know where I am, but in case you need to reach me..." she lifted his hand and wrote down her cell phone number on his hand in elegant handwriting. "Here's my cell. I hope to be hearing from you soon." Kat forced back a smirk, of course the vampire would be back.

Logan clenched his jaw. Her blood was settling in and causing his insides to go on a frenzy. "Let's get this straight, princess. I don't need anyone." He was becoming furious over the thoughts that flood into his mind due to her blood. He was about to force her hand away from his face when she turned her back to him. Right then and there his mind was begging him to pounce and drain her of her precious, unreal blood.
Logan forced his attention on her as she scribbled something down and then handed it to him. Her confidence was making this situation worse. The brat knew just what she was doing to him and he wasn't about to let her show control. "Don't wait up all night, darling," he snarled. He snatched the paper from her and stuffed it into his pants pocket. "I won't be calling any time soon." Logan opened the door and turned to Kat. "Good night...cat demon."
He let the door shut with a loud thud behind him as he made his exit.
