Fire Magic
Blue 'Ice' Flame, (produce a blue flame which burns but is as cold as ice) Able to manipulate a fire of freezing temperatures, which would be capable of freezing the target with ice burns that are more severe than normal burns. (So cold it burns) Flames are immune to water due to special proprieties, and can even freeze water.
Blue 'Ice' Flame Heal, as well as her ice healing she has adapted this rare cross over to be able to heal the Blue flame has anesthetic properties.
Fire Dragon. Able to create a fire Dragon the size of a small dog but has the force and ferocity of a full Dragon.
Dragon's Breath. Able to blow fire, also uses this with her hands.
Ice Magic
Blue 'Ice' Flame, Is a subskill alongside Fire magic. (Look at Fire Magic for more information)
Creation of Ice / Snow; mainly snowflakes, Ice Crystals and is perfectly able to use this power to return the ice in its original shape and/or controlling it even under certain forces
Freeze; is able to freeze something for a short period of time.
Healing; Can heal her and others wounds. (Takes 1 post to create and 2-3 posts to heal before it can be removed depending on cut)
Potions
She can make potions of healing and for minor ailments.
Potions for anxiety.
Suppress hunger, this is very good for a vamp / demon / were- that befriends her.
Create small explosions (Mini bombs) Which are just like firecrackers
Charms, with her potions she can bestow a charm to an item/people.
Curses, with a spell she can give an item/person a curse.

Spells
Warm me up spell, able to warm herself and others close to her up. It helps when her Ice magic went a little OTT
Fire Scrying, able to scry for things with fire.
Intuitive Creature communication, this includes some familiars.
Summon Familiars / Spiritual guides (This is very limited to only one summon on occasion)
Charms, with a spell she can bestow an item/person with a charm.
Curses, with a spell she can give an item/person a curse.

Physically weak
Ice Magic is weak against other magically produced heat / fire Because of how advanced the other magic user may be her magic will struggle to with stand the impact.
Summoning Familiars / Spiritual Guides; it drains her energy massively. Leaving her weak, her and the summon are both vulnerable to danger.
Unable to create ice, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources. (Creation of ice may depend on the amount of moisture available, dry areas could make this harder or impossible) She usually uses her body's water content to create some ice magic.
She is a little to easy to manipulate, mostly by Warlocks, Demons and anyone with Dark Magic
Ice magic can be affected by everything that normal ice would be (Except for when it is Blue Ice) It can melt under extreme heat (Fire users are her greatest opponent)
When she uses either Fire or Ice Magic, there is a chance that it bounces back and [she/her clothes] are temporarily [frozen/burst into flames]
When using Ice / Fire Magic, other than the environment around her she takes a lot of her energy from her own body. Depending on spells and powers, she can feel mentally / emotionally drained as well as physically.
[Personality:]
Raven is mostly playful and gregarious. With her short clothing which typically leaves little to the imagination. Sometimes due to her powers, Raven may have blue-skin, or her white flesh will have a hint of sparkles to her skin. She is quite a curious young girl, using camp to experience new things, she wouldn't of had the chance to before. She is loyal and reliable and it takes a lot for her to reach a breaking point so can get along with just about anyone.
[Bio:]
Raven was a only child, born to her mother a witch that specialized Ice Magic as well as spells and potions. And her Father a Fire Warlock, he mainly specialized in charms and curses. When her powers first became active her mother took it upon herself to teach her other parts of magic, spells and potions as well as the three fold law and the Wiccan Rede both imposed on her from an earlier age before her powers were even recognizable. Given a Grimoire of her own at her thirteenth birthday, up until then she had been using her mother's. Her parents both thought it was time for her to have her own. Just by how much her powers had been advancing and her knowledge and skill not far behind. They unfortunately did try to keep her away from this part of magic for as long as possible. It was due to they're fear of her having negative influence from Dark magic users and Demons.
And being raised by two different element users, Raven took the best and some of the worst parts of both. When using Ice / Fire it has been known to bounce back to her and she is a frozen statue or her clothes are engulfed in flames for a few minutes. She didn't mind the negativity some people had of these two elements joining, its why her view on the integration of races was important for her to join the camp. Just so she could meet species of these races she wouldn't of had the chance of meeting where she lived. Her parents were some what delighted that she had taken an interested in something normal instead of being constantly in her room summoning another Familiar or Guardian not that her parents minded a ancestor dropping by. Though she has been promised to only summon, when she feels safe enough at the camp as even though it is meant to be safe, her parents are still unsure about the camp itself hearing rumors of rogues nearby that and other races attending the camp that could potentially use and harm Raven. They know how much of a risk this is to her that and them not being there adds to they're worry.

[Other Information:] Raven has her own Grimoire (Book of Shadows) passed down from her mother. She has had it from a early age and has been known to write in it a lot. Adding new pages into it, she even has a spell for that.
She also has crystals and coins; A few talisments and an evil eye (all seeing eye) thanks to her mother. For some unknown reason a Oujiboard and a Athame (a ritual knife) and a Boline. She didn't want to bring her own cauldron as she thought the camp would already have one. And a bag with other bits and pieces she may of asked her parents to pull over for on the way there..
