Hello Professor! Man has it been exciting traveling around with my new egg! I still can't get over receiving this little wonder and having the chance to watch it hatch and grow! And it's been quite the adventure going around with this little darling so far. I actually made a little sling so that the egg can rest comfortably in front of me and I don't have to worry about dropping the poor darling if I need my hands for something. And talk about an easy way to warm up an egg! Hopefully I've done a good enough job so far...

Anyway! I've seen all kinds of different Pokemon on the island already. I saw several Rapidash, who seemed to be taking care of a newborn Ponyta that was with them! It was certainly a beautiful sight watching them run around the field. I've always been amazed with how fast they seem to run. Even the new Ponyta was keeping stride rather well! Then I was able to see a Pidgeot's nest! It was rather amazing seeing a nest like that for the first time. One of the Pidgey's beaks were even starting to poke out of the eggs! The little birds were certainly ready to break out into the world. I wished I could have stayed to watch, but once the mother Pidgeot noticed me, she rushed me out of there. I can only assume that she didn't want to take any chances with her new babies. Though I was rather glad she hadn't simply decided to attack me. I'm going to visit them again soon though. I want to see how the babies are doing! Flying lessons would be so much fun to get to watch!

Besides all those adventures, the egg seems pretty... Happy. I know that sounds like a strange thing to say about an egg, but sometimes it will move slightly whenever I seem to get excited and my heart starts to race. I think it enjoys the feeling of the excitement and the quicker heart beat. It's rather interesting...

Anyway, the egg seems to be in pretty good condition. Though there seem to be a few small cracks starting to appear. Hopeully these little cracks are signs that my new darling is getting ready to come out and enjoy the world! I'll be excited to have some smaller adventures with the new baby too! Nothing overly dangerous or anything, but visiting some other babies would be good for it, I'm sure! I'm sure that the new baby will love all the adventures and all the sights we are going to see together when it comes out to greet me!
