This where the Npc will be stored there purpose is to help guide everyone and move the story a long. For now only the crew can make said NPC. Each npc will have a star ★ 1 - 5 to represent their strength. You could force the weaker ones to show you around hell even fight the stronger ones if your looking for a showdown.
