Honestly, I know some people may jump my butt on this, but I really don't have a problem with it. As long as you're not hunting for pleasure and you're actually going to consume the animal and not make it suffer. This may be because my family hunts, but I'm not one of those people who are like "meat is murder." If you do it humanely (which believe it or not, there are several harvesting houses that do treat animal humanely due to the Humane Slaughter Act of 195 cool and I don't have a problem with those either. It's just when people don't respect animals or enjoy seeing them suffering that it upsets me.

I also came from a family who hunts and fishes who also consume meat they kill so yes I see the point you are making although I am against killing animals regardless.

I completely understand, I don't kill animals either. But we can't stop everyone, so I'd rather them do it humanely and only for consumption

I see your point and I think hunting the way you describe is waaaay waay better than the whole meat industry (which disgust me). Two of my friends turned their back on me when I came out as a vegetarian, because they were from families that hunts. They were too provoked by me, it seemed. So I'm glad to see someone with a different and good point of view! heart
