The coronation ceremony of the next ruler of the Kingdom of Iraya is quickly approaching. The servants have been hastening the past month to decorate the ballroom and throne room, finish preparing for the feast, contacting all nobles and aristocrats, along with many other things. Finally almost everything is ready. Everything except the future queen.
It is obvious to most in the castle, and even most in the kingdom, that the heir the throne is no where near ready to rule the country successfully. However, the present king refuses to relent, stating that the royal line will stay in the family no matter what and that tradition will be upheld. Unknowingly, he has sealed the fate of not only his eldest daughter, but his secretary and youngest daughter as well.
A conspiracy was in motion to end the line of Nightingale. The assassins had already been hired and were on their way to slaughter the entire family. Unfortunately for them, someone has already beat them to the punch. While the future queen was having tea with her younger sister and her father’s secretary, they were ambushed and kidnapped by a band of pirates.
Now all three are held captive on the ship, at the mercy of such cutthroats, who are willing to sell them to the biggest buyer. Her father and the conspirators are desperate to get them back, only for different reasons. One needs them dead while the other is desperate to get them back alive. More so as the Kingdom starts to descend into chaos.
What is the fate of this trio? Will they murdered by mercenaries? Brought back to their home, which will most likely be destroyed from within by the time they are able to return? Or will they be able to convince the pirates to return them home before everything gets more out of hand? Only time will tell.

Role play as your own character. ◈Anime pictures only. ◈I know it’s tempting, but don’t jump right into a romantic relationship or even friendship. Let them grow. ◈PM me profiles under Captain. Add a heart to tell me you’ve read the rules. ◈Make your posts neat and readable. Make sure they include your character’s picture, name, position, location, and an OOC part. Everything else is optional. ◈No sex scenes. Just time skip. ◈No one liners. That’s the only limitation on the quantity of a post. As long as a person is able to respond to it with a good amount in turn, then everything is good. Don’t give your rp partners writer’s block because of the lack of content. ◈Major plot devices like death, marriage, pregnancy, etc. are to go by me first. Other than that, you have creative reign to do whatever the hell you want. ◈I will post an event each week to move the plot along. ◈I will not be that forgiving when it comes to constant spelling and grammar mistakes for the simple reason that there are free online grammar & spell checks that can be used, so there is no excuse. I won’t be overly strict over the little errors, but if I see multiple on every post, we’re going to talk. Just be careful.

The First Princess of Iraya-Taken by The Functioning Sociopath A lazy and unambitious young lady who is terrified to take the throne. She has little faith she’d be able to keep the country intact if she were to wear the crown. She often runs away from things she doesn’t want to be involved in, like doing paperwork. She is extremely intelligent and calculating.
Captain of the Pirates- Open His word is absolute and his followers listen to him without question; he is a born leader. He can be ruthless to those he considers an enemy, but is otherwise an easy going guy, even towards his captives. He is jovial and flirtatious.
The Second Princess of Iraya- Open While she is of average intelligence and not that quick on the uptake, she more than makes up for it with her charisma and beauty. She wishes to marry a future king than just the common place noble. She’s good at dancing and is a stickler for cleanliness.
Quartermaster- Open He does most of the work behind the scenes. He’s a bit of a hot head and most of his anger and contempt is directed towards the Captain. He’d be the first to throw the man to the kracken if it wasn’t for his leadership skills and the profit he brought in. He is worried about kidnapping the princess for it puts everyone on the ship at risk. The Secretary of the King- Open One of the most hard working and reliable people in the castle, he is not one to be trifled with for he will make one regret it. He has complete and utter loyalty to the crown and the children of the king. His main goal is to protect them and get them out alive.
Gunner- Open She is the best when it comes to using a gun and that’s not an exaggeration. She likes to use the kitchen boys to help with target practice (they’ve learned to run from her now) and is a heavy drinker. She gets excited whenever they do something, like kidnap the princess, because it always leads to a good battle. She’s indifferent to most things and has an upbeat attitude.
