With arms folded, Axel tapped his fingers against his arm. He'd been waiting for what felt like ages for her to get here. They'd made plans to meet up by the tree so that he could congratulate her and her lady in person, but Alessa sure was taking her time.

She had actually inherited his impatience-- but that was a long and all-too-complicated story that she and her "brother" never cared to sort out together.
