Yes, a bug/flying type named Vivillon. It is first encountered, if one hasn't trained the dust off of it first in the forest, in the first gym where you get the bug badge.
Vivillon is the evolved form of Spewpa. Spewpa is the evolved form of scatterbug.
This pokemon is native to the Kalos region.

Ha ha ha ha ha! That's funny! I wasn't really aiming for that, but thanks for the compliment.
Speaking of Pokedexes, Truesdale, the newest trainer in Kalos on the side of X, has seen a total of 284 pokemon.
The newest of the ones he gained was Raichu, the evolved form of Pikachu.
Raichu is national Pokedex #26. Pikachu is National Pokedex number 25.
