Good question. If I remember correctly, a limited amount of hybrids are allowed, and we haven't reached the limit yet. That's a tentative yes. Things are still in the works, we won't be approving profiles for a while.

Yes, a hybrid is fine as long as it is approved by both crew members over those particular species AND Rosie. Example, yours would have to be approved by both me and Nagrom Hellion. Once we approved it, Rosie will look over it and give the final approval.
