Hoot Hoot Cafe

In a tiny corner off the main road in central Ribbon City, sits a cozy little cafe that sports a very moe style drawing of a hoot hoot sitting on a tea cup. The menu changes daily with seasonal items and regular specials. While the cafe is well known and loved for it's teas and lattes, it's even better known for something rather special! The fact you can have you tea or coffee with a sweet hoot hoot! They might be nocturnal, but these little pokemon can be found in the cafe at all hours, gently cooing at the customers and offering some semi quiet companionship.

Slowpoke tail pastries, gogoat cream spreads, artisanal florges jams, delibird sandwiches, vanilite ice cream, the cafe has a cute pokethemed menu and boasts organic and cruelty free products and services. Though not vegan or vegetarian, they are selective in where each and every ingredient comes from, and at request will happily tell you just where which particular product came from and who supplied it. An open door policy, they welcome questions and inquiries to their pro pokemon operations, and are one of the highest rated cafes for sustainable living.

Their staff sport traditional bird handler's outfits, and are both male and female and well... anyone else! The cafe's other selling point is it's acceptance of alternative lifestyles, and supports local civil rights groups and youth activism. The owners also have a soft spot for local artists and host regular art shows and wall space as opportunities for artists to get known and make a small profit.

There are currently 7 hoothoots living at the cafe along with one noctowl. Their names are taken from various constellations. Libra, Virgo, Gemini, Pisces, Aries, Leo, Taurus, and of course, the ruler of the roost, Socrpio. There is no reserved seating and breakfast and lunch are served from 7am to 2pm every weekday, and 9am to 1pm on weekends. Dress is casual formal, and all guests are expected to treat the residents as one would treat any host of a home.
