Appearance: Upon first looks Azuura doesn't appear to be someone you would often see at a gym. Short and slender, pale even to the point of looking blue, Azuura is built as all heck form years of competitive swimming, surfing, and exercise. Often while enjoying those activities you will see their long bright teal hair tied up in a high ponytail or bun, but would otherwise be shoulder length and in their face covering their bright red eyes.

Clothing Style:When the weather doesn't favour swimsuits, shorts, and sandles Azuura prefers to stay bundled up in sweater-vests and jackets as if all other seasons were winter. However no matter the season there is never a time they are without their shades apart from where they need to wear their normal proscription glasses for work. They've also become particularly keen on lab coats and maybe at some point if they are feeling bold enough they will finally wear it outside their room in public.

Personality:

Azuura is a storm of suppressed impulsive urges telling them to do one thing or the complete opposite. If they can manage themselves to focus on one activity at a time though they can be surprisingly proficient. If not however they are forgetful and sometimes even destructive in what they do with their divided attention. With fake confidence, a rebellious nature, the stubbornness of a Tauros, and an unsatisfiable taste for competition Azuura is the perfect rival waiting to happen.

History:

Childhood:
Being brought into this world in Lilycove City's intensive care Azuura was born premature and unhealthy. Underweight and frail with underdeveloped lungs and soon after to be diagnosed with anaemia they had to stay at the hospital for weeks before returning home with their mother. There after they lived a childhood of constant health problems from back to back prolonged illnesses, recurring respiratory viruses, and stunted growth and while they may have lived a privileged life with someone always there to watch after them it was at the cost of their freedom.

There was a nanny at every corner, a tutor for each class, and always at least one helicopter parent at the house at all times. Even while their siblings were kind, thoughtful, and protective, in the way that didn't cause Azuura to recoil, they were often far too busy with their own adventures to stay and play at home to make up for all the things they missed staying inside. Feeling coddled and suppressed it shouldn't have been such a surprise when Azuura rebelled. Sneaking off of the property with every opportunity given they did every forbade activity they could think of.

Going swimming, eating junk food, climbing trees, eating dirt, running in tall grass, and Arceus forbid playing sports with the other children around the island was only a short list of what they would get through in a day. For all the trouble they manage to get in though, there was a noticeable difference in their health for the better. Perhaps it was the exercise, the germs from the other children, being in contact with sunlight, or the clumps of dirt they ate, but Azuura's condition was improving far more than it ever had been before and while it didn't solve all their problems their parents became far more easy going. Soon after they were finally able to convince their parents to allow them to go to school with their siblings, and it wasn't long after they learned how to forge their parents signature and were able to coincidently join as many completive sports team at their new private school as they wanted.

Adolescence:

Despite all the improvements in their life so far they still felt as though their parents were pampering them and making exceptions because of their condition. It even got to the point where it seemed as though their parents didn't expect them to succeed where their siblings would have in their chosen career paths. While this certainly was not the case Azuura's insecurities led them to believe otherwise. Jealousy soon boiled through their head and their relationship with their two brothers and sister suffered. Seldom did Azuura talk to either of them after each went off for University after which they decided they needed a new direction in life that would better help them stand out. After choosing a field none of their siblings had chose before them Azuura thought it would be best if there was no distractions from their studies and immediately the quit their completive sports teams and nearly all together put aside surfing.

Present Date/ Early Adulthood:
After years away from completive sports and University Azuura was given the opportunity to join the wave of researchers on Elovve and while that wasn't a position they were nesisarly allowed to gloat about to their family yet they felt confidence at last at the choice they were making for their future. Up until they saw the crystal clear ocean leading up to the shore of the island.
