Just like the last contest I hosted, this one again is a rp based. Since the parents are OCs near and dear to our hearts, we want to make sure that any child of theirs goes to a good home. You don't need to post preferences this go around. I'll quote the winners at the end for first and second place and the prizes can be chosen in that order.

So let's get to it shall we?

The father is Phillip, a vampire who thought love was more about how a person looked and their physical/sex appeal rather than what a person was like on the inside. And he was very selfish about it. Until he met his mate. Thanks to Nelo, he's now learning what love really is and what it takes.

The mother is Nelo, a cross-dressing werewolf who believes in fairy tale, happily ever after, true love romances. His idea of love was to do whatever it took to make the other person happy. As a result, he had several relationships that never panned out.

With parents like that...how does it affect the child? What does the child think or feel on a daily basis, watching their parents interact? How would the child feel about love or even getting to know someone as a friend? And considering that their parents are two different races, would the child have more vampiric qualities? More were? Maybe a mix of both and if so, how?

Marius loved his parents so much and he knew what his father had been like before he met his mother. And the fact that his mother was able to show his father what really mattered meant a lot to Marius and showed him how amazing his mother was. He wanted to find a love like that with someone it didn't matter to him what they looked like or anything like that. All that matter to him was that they loved him and he loved them. He doesn't care what his mother or father look like all he cares about is who they are and his parents are the best parents he could ever ask for. They showed him what true love was and that you had to fight for love if you wanted to make it work and he made a promise to himself when he was very young that he would always fight for love. He has some of his mother's desire for the fairy tale happy ending and knows this is possible since he sees his parents have that. He wants that kind of love. He tends to observe how others interact and try to think before he acts. He likes seeing people in love since it reminds him of his parents and he dreams of getting to have that kind of love one day. And his parents have also taught him that it doesn't matter what gender someone is all that matters is their heart. He thinks it is cute how romantic and lovey his parents can be. It fills his heart with joy seeing how his parents interact with each other. He wants to be able to have friends and a person to love and share his life with.

He has a mix of both his mother's werewolf and his father's vampire qualities in him. He has a craving for blood and is careful to control it since he never wants to hurt anyone. He is very careful about it and has some of his mother's werewolf tendencies too. He asks both of his parents how to control the different halves and how to be a good werewolf/vampire. He is a mix of both of his parents in many ways.

London himself has a very slight handicap. He was born deaf. He has never heard his parents voice. It was something he is pretty sure they weren't expecting. Yet he knows that they love him nonetheless. He knows they took the time to learn sign language and learned how to teach him to understand the signs. They have done so much for their family. He loves them both very dearly for it. Though he is still very much closer to his mother than he is to his father. Being a mix of vampire and werewolf. He does need blood, but not so often as he would think other vampires would need it. Maybe that is because of his werewolf blood? He doesn't know. Like his mother he does tend to like crossdressing.Though does he crossdress all the time? No only when he feels like it. He likes nice colors okay?

London knows love is real. His parents have it as he has observed and watched. He loves that his parents are so in love. Yet he doesn't want to just give his heart to just anybody. He is scared of the risk of giving it away only for it to be broken. He dreams of being in love someday. Yet he feels like whoever he will fall in love with will also have to work and fight for him too. Just like how he would give his all in the relationship too. He doesn't think that is to much to ask. For both to work at the relationship. Someone to understand him and that understands sign language. All the rest he isn't that picky.
