Personality: A cold hearted man out in the streets. He has no mercy upon the citizens infront of humans, and does not show a bit of emotion. He talks very little, but has a silver tongue. In privacy of his own quarters, he tends to be a bit emotional and stare out the window all night, looking down at the city. In a way he begins to feel sorry for the people.
History: SImple put it, Nikolas(Or Nick) has served in many militaries for all of his life. Until this new government has been formed, he had taken command as the general of the military.

Powers: The ability to shroud into the shadows if the shadow is fully cast upon him, and maneuver through connected shadows for a certain amount of time depending on his fatigue, the longest is five minutes. A weak telekinesis that has almost no use, but objects that can sustain the weight of an average human (such as cement fragments) would be able to hop on them, using them as stairs as each fragments are lifted at a very fast weight since only very few objects could be lifted at a time. But beware that if you miss footing at a high level, you may be fatally hurt depending on how high the drop is and how you land. This ability can also handle the weight of a normal human.
