For each sub forum this rule will be the same. I do not want a single member to make more than two topics in each role play forum(the main forum is an exception). This is to keep congestion to a low. If you find you are having trouble with a topic thread then ask then try recruiting people or ask a mod to try. If ther is still no luck you may create a new thread but your old on will be deleted.
