Basically, it allows you to learn how to draw pokemon like Sugimori.
It's available for Japan only.
Also a new game is going to be release for Japan that is exclusive to them and gives out a special pikachu for download.

Because screw the rest of the world. . - .
Especially America.

Yeah well, I mean, it's not like pokémon was massively successful all around the world or anything. Only the Japanese enjoy it.

I suppose it did take them nearly 20 years to start having global release dates for the games. Tis a time for baby steps. You could learn to draw without the art academy, but them getting an exclusive download is a bit much sad

They've pulled the exclusive download thing since XY came out.
Most of the releases for X and Y have been for Japan only.
In fact, I'd place it at about 85% of the downloads.
America's only had like what... two?

That's kinda ridiculous. I had no idea it was that bad neutral It wouldn't be such an issue, but I can't think of one reason why they'd do it for Japan and nowhere else.
