This guild has a loose stats-based system that revolves around the wise distribution of Skill Points earned through events and participation to help shape one's character.

Each race has numerous branches of discipline, and each branch has abilities that may be unlocked should one use sufficient skill points and meet the required criteria.

________
Though this guild isn't 100% stats-based, there will points and numbers involved mainly in the form of EXP. These points are to be distributed between a multitude of disciplines that vary depending on which race the affected character belongs to.

Keep in mind that, at end-game, each discipline are equally powerful unless otherwise stated. A master Hado user can rival an Arrancar that has mastered Cero in terms of sheer power if both use their strongest attack. The same can be said between a master Kido user and one who has mastered their zanpakuto if the former has spent the same amount of SP in Kido than their rival has spent in Zanpakuto. Mastering one discipline may also provide you some advantage or buffs in other disciplines and are often requirements for advanced skills or advanced powers.

Each discipline is split into 4 ranks: Novice, Proficient, Expert and Master. An increase in rank is usually accompanied by an increase in power, control and experience. Some may have even more power added to them if an increase in power has been mentioned again.

There is no Skill Level cap, but gaps in Skill Level are not absolute. While it would be very unlikely that someone with 1 SP defeats someone with 4 EXP, it may still possible if one plays their cards right and avoids trying to overpower the opponent with Bankai alone. There may be stats and points, but it ultimately comes down to strategy.

Ways to earn EXP:
-Participate in major, guild-wide events. (+++)
-Casual Role-Plays. (+) **A mod will be checking all active role-plays and should they deem it interesting enough (good material for character development or able to contribute much to the guild's story) they may offer extra EXP.
-Training (+) **Group training will have much higher chances of yielding more EXP
-Occasional giveaways or contests

Rankings and effects
S-Shinigami/Vizards/Arrancars that really stand out in power. Some Shinigami Captains can be this level and the Captain Commander and Espadas (7 and up) will surely be at this range.
A-Captain/Vizard/Arrancar/Vastro Lorde
B-Lieutenant/Adjuchas
C-Seated Members(3-7)/Gillians
D-Lower Seated Members(8-20)/Deviant Hollows
E-Unseated/Hollows
F-Academy Students/Hatchlings

In terms of abilities, you may weaken one aspect of your character to strengthen another so that it can rival that of someone of a higher rank.
e.g.: My character is slow and rank C, but his defense can resist normal attacks from rank B characters.
