Welcome to the Archon Ruins of Septem. These mysterious ruins have been thoroughly searched and investigated like many of the others alike to it. Though none of the guilds can shed any definitive light on them. These ruins have been divulged to be that of a dedication to 'Septem', an 'Archon' as old etchings have been translated to reveal. On its only island-like platform, and with some buildings on the surrounding river, this seemed to have been either a temple or small town. It's now overgrown and unused. The focal point here is the blue font at the centre on the back end of the the ruins. Beneath the still standing, though seemingly pointless structure, scientists and magi alike from the Arcaz Sovereignty have come to name this substance, Aether. A seemingly alive, yet un-interactive, un-reactive, and ultimately pointless mystery in the form of blue aura.
