Description- Kyte is a small woman, standing only 5’3” at her fullest height. She has an average build, with light muscling. Her skin is lightly tanned from years of living place to place, with small soft freckles brushed like a raccoons mask around her eyes and across her nose. Her hair is a pale clean white. It is kept short and messy, though it occasionally grows long enough to brush against her shoulders. Her eyes are a lively ice blue framed by long black lashes. Her clothes consist of a black or white spaghetti strap top paired with baggy black cargo jeans, occasionally showing the top of a pair of neon green boxers. She also sports a pair of wrist length fingerless black gloves and knee high black military boots, often hidden under her jeans. She wears three piercings in one ear and four in the other, all silver or onyx and none of the earrings match.
Bio- Kyte and her older twin brother were left as orphans at a young age. Her brother went to work taking odd jobs as Kyte learned to pickpoket and steal to survive. She was eventually caught and thrown into a labor camp, where she developed an intense hatred for authority. She was sold off to a man to serve as a maid and cook. Taking interest in her strong will and independence he took her on as one of his apprentices. Seeing her excel and grow under the freedom of his hand, he encouraged her to train under several of his close friends and companions.
When she was old enough and had shown enough improvement he told her about the Hunter exam and encouraged her to try. At 16 she took the exam and passed during her first attempt [if not by the skin of her teeth]. She continued on to learn the basics of Nen from her master, before setting of into the world on her her own to hone her skills.
From learning the very basics of Nen, she has always know how she would shape it. Shadows and darkness had always been a part of her life, controlling and oppressing her, and now she would turn the tables.
Interests, hobbies, profession- Learning and discovering new [and old] weapons and fighting styles. Training in sword play and bladed weapon fighting. Animals. Stargazing.

Details- Kyte uses her Nen to take control of a person/objects shadow. By using more of her Nen as strings tied between the shadow and its owner, she can force the person/thing to mimic the movements of its own shadow. [Manipulation Technique]
Pledge or Limitation- I must be able to touch the shadow I will possess in order to infuse it with my Nen. I loose control if the distance between my target and I is more than 10ft. My possessions will only last for 10 minutes for a living or 30 for a non-living.

Details- Kyte manipulates her shadow in small amounts to create the illusion that shadows are moving at the edge of her opponents vision, giving them the impression that an attack is coming from various directions at once. [Manipulation Technique]
Pledge or Limitation- I can only use this in a one on one fight. The range cannot exceed a 30ft radius with me as the center. I cannot use this in well lit areas. This ability will only trigger once they look away from me for 30 seconds, and from then each time they turn their heads for a 20 minute period.

Details- Kyte reaches out with her aura to manipulate her own shadow to form 1 to 3 creatures. She then reinforces them with more of her own aura to give them a basic hardened physical form. [Manipulation/Reinforcement Technique]
