Kezer sits on top of a larger brown building with a huge Coca Cola and Pepsi sign on it. As he sits there, He takes a sip of his ice cold water in a water bottle that he bought in one of the local stores. " This city sure is something. Hmm should cause a bit of trouble here? Hmmm I'll think about it more." Kezer said as he pulled out a deck of 22 poker cards from his pocket. He began to place them down on the ground one by one as he repeated the words" Cause some chaos or not."

[In the meantime, a youth walks down the alleyway when his eyes meet the falling cards. In immeadiate sucession, he glances up at the stranger sitting atop a billboard- only to recognize him.] "Hey, Mugen!"[He smiles brightly at him before making his way to where his friend is seated, climbing up the walls and ladders in a hurried manner. Upon arriving he sits on the edge and next to him] "Hey, I see you're bored. Do you want ot fight?"[He smiles at him in a childish yet bright way]

Kezer was surprised but filled with joy to see his good friend Hishiro. " Hishi! What a pleasant surprise. Heheheh sure I'll take you on. Kezer jumped up on his feet and portrayed a boxing pose." Alright Hishi show me what ya got!" Kezer said with a smile on his face. Dark aura surrounded his entire body as he waited for Hishi to make his move." Heheheh hope the city doesn't get wrecked too bad." Kezer thought as he waited.

"Haha! Let's go! ......but, first!"[He plugs a cable to his i-phone and presses the play button. In an instant, all speakers in the city play the tune from his little device. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEqzog8T2dI ] "Okay"[He flicks his right arm as it engulfs in violent, blue flames. A soft yet confident smile froms on his lips.] "Let's go!"[He rushes down the billboard and towards him, delivering a punch straight at his face with his fiery fist.]

" Ohhhh? Now that's more like it" Kezer said as he jumped to the left to evade the punch engulfed in blue flames. Kezer then breathed a huge green fire ball towards Hishiro's head. " Tag, you're it Hishi!." Kezer said as the huge green fire ball was coming towards his head.

"Oy!"[Ducking under the flame, he turns to him] "Careful, haha!"[He smiles brightly at before rushing towards him, leaping into an elbow uppercut at his chest]

Kezer takes the hit then falls on top of a moving car. " Oh that's smarts..." Kezer said as he grunted and hopped off the moving car and charged towards Hishiro. As he was closing in on Hishiro, Kezer vanished in an instant then reappeared on the left side with a punch going towards his back.

"Ouf!"[He falls fowards on his hands and glances at- a smile of excitement on his face] "Nice!"[In a sudden, he pushes himself to a spinning handstand and tries to deliver three consecutive kicks at his opponent, all this while spinning on his bare palms]

Kezer guards against Hishiro's kicks then back flips away from him. Kezer then breathes in then exhales a huge green flame towards Hishi.

[By the time Kezer darted his fireball towards, he hopped back to his feet, only to notice it at the last moment possible] "AH!!"[He struck both arms upfront as he flew back due to collision with the fireball]

"....whoops." Kezer said as he ran in Hishiro's direction." Looks like I over did it a bit." Kezer thought as he continued to run.

[After a few flips he somehow manages to skid-land on his feet. As he skids back, he stares directly at Mugen, whislt smacking off the burns on his sleeves. He murmurs to himself:] "And so it begins..."[He cocks back his fist as it gleams white (sort of charging? ||D) and, upon slamming it on the floor, several pointy edges of dirt surface towards his opponent]

Kezer stopped running for a second to notice the pointy edges of dirt sufacing towards him. " The heck is going on here?" Kezer thought with a confused look on his face.

"Oh my...:" [He stands up properly, rubbing the back of his head] "There wasn't sufficient energy to it.... sweatdrop ""Well! Second go, Go!!!!"[He slams his open palm against the floor as the little dirt edges fly off and towards Mugen. He glances up at him, grinning] "That's more like it!"
