For the first of our new RPs we'll keep it simple: just post as your Gaia character. You can post in any style, just as long as it makes sense. As the story line develops, I just ask that you stick with it. If you want something new to happen, just make sure you do it in a plausible way.
If I come up with anything else I'll post it here.
*We would prefer that your avvi is the character you post as. I know that this may be difficult for those of you who like to change your avvi every 5 minutes (I understand, I'm the same way). It makes it bit more fun, though, by adding a visual aspect to the story. If you just cannot help but mix it up, you can either find a reason your character is changing so much, or provide a description of your character in the RP so we know just what we are looking at.

I walk into a large room. The fireplace burns brightly, its light combining with several candelabras to give the room a welcoming glow. There are large, plush chairs scattered around the room, arranged in groups around the low wooden coffee tables holding the candelabras. A few couches squat off to the side on the edges of the light. I look around the room and walk up to one of many large bookshelves, grabbing a small book with leather binding. Walking to one of the chairs facing the heavy double doors, I sit to read, waiting for the rest of the guests to join me.

I wander in sticking to the shadows,I find a table by a window and observe the woman reading. I fill a pipe with tobac light it, and relax.

She walked into the room very quietly and nervous . Noticing the female figure facing the door unsure what she should do . This was something new to her being around people in general. Then she finally pick a chair a few away from the other female . "Hello there" she muttered while playing with her long hair.

"Hello to you both." I say without looking up from the pages my book. "I assume you both got the invitation as well?" I pull a small envelope from a small purse by my side and hold it into the light. Setting the book on the table I stand, adjusting my victorian-style skirt and rustic leather corset, and stretch deeply.

She pulled the letter out from under her long dress coat pocket , putting it on the table. "I am unsure why I was sent this" it was strange to her but most thing were , her life was for the most part lonely. "I would love to know who sent this and why?" she looked at them hoping they new. As she pulled down her hood long hair that was braid to the right side , it was lime green fading into dark blue and a chuck of ice blue in it. She had antler , her skin was light blue with dragon scales. "it just being I don't know anyone not even my clients.. " she was starting to mutter again.

"I couldn't tell you any more than what the invite says. 'Please arrive at the mansion in the woods at sundown tomorrow. Wait for the others in the library. Make yourself at home.' Parchment stationary, black Sumi ink, unmarked envelope."
I slide the letter back into the envelope and put it back in my purse.
"What about you, man in the shadows?"

He looks up for a moment and pulls the letter from his pocket, in a gruff voice he says "why yes i got one to, no idea why but I am generally a curious person so i came to check it out." he crushes the invite in his fist and puts it back in his pocket. Taking a long pull from his pipe he stares through the thick smoke and asks "M'ladies we have not been formally introduced, my name is Pan." he takes another long pull from his pipe (the smoke wafting with the aroma of anitiquity)

"I see." I stand lost in thought for a moment. "Anyway.. Call me Tika." I smile and curtsy. "I don't know about you but I'd like to...." I look over at the other girl, muttering to herself, and then realiz I'm staring. I look away quickly and walk to the large doors. "The invitation said to make ourselves at home did it not?" I open the doors and walk into the dark foyer I entered through, the full moon shining brightly through the large windows. "Which way shall we go first?"

When the Tika ask where to go first " I am kinda hungry from the flight here , I think we should check the dinning room out, what do you guys think?" her stomach girl loudly she blushed. "Sorry about that, I flew here myself , I am Pandora Elunes" as she said that she looked around trying to find the dinning room.

He stood up slowly, and said " I could use some mead myself." he takes a pull from his pipe and carefully and curiously made a rabbit type creature with the smoke. the creature stared at the two girls squeaked and hopped up on Pans head. He stared at Pandora and Tika, "where to next?" he asked with a slight smirk on his face.

"To the dining room it is." I take a deep breath and turn down a long hallway. "I think the best bet will be to follow our noses. It seems dinner is ready." I walk in the direction of the delicious aroma until walk into a large room with a beautiful dark wood table in the middle. There are several place settings already arranged. I take a seat near the middle and wait for the others to follow suit.

It was such a huge place, if she was there alone she would get lost for sure. Why would anyone invite them there. When she deiced to sit down she sat down across the table from Tika , the man mad here feel uneasy.

Tika yawned and laid her head down on the table, falling asleep instantly.
Another woman walks in from a different doorway on the other side of the room. A marionette control floated above her and seemed to be controlling her as she moved. She sat at the table next to Pandora.
"Hello. I'm Ori. You said earlier your name is Pandora, Right? And where is Pan? He must still be in the library. One of you should have waited for him.."

"To be honest I thought he was behind us" she felt kinda bad but she wasn't going to wait for someone she didn't even know. "I wonder what he doing there by himself , or maybe he debating weather he want to join or not , once this is kinda strange to be invited to place you never been to" her voice went really quite 'sorry when I get nervous I tend to talk a lot"
