Enclosing the obvious, this deck contains the main and only real exit aside from the Hanger Bay. Additional areas located on this central deck are the Galaxy Map, Cockpit, Meeting/Conference Room, War Room & Q.E.C.
Conference/Meeting Room: Located before the War Room, this meeting place lacking any kind of seating is where the crew or Leaders of the Galaxy gather if not either in the mess hall or the War Room itself. Which remains dormant when not engaged in war itself.
War Room: Recorded Movements of War. Basically a risk board holding all the latest intel gathered by N7 and it's neighbouring Intelligence agencies. Chess like pieces resemble each races fleet and their locations throughout the galaxy. Provided the intel was given to the Demon. (Cerberus locations are derived from sightings, battles or informants throughout the Milky Way.)
Q.E.C: Quantum Entanglement Communicator. Basically a full body face time call across the galaxy that is remarkably stable at extraordinary distances. Still vulnerable to intentional disruptions including signal jamming. **Located beyond the War Room, only those granted access are allowed into the Q.E.C.** *Additionally, Two Guards stand at the entryway towards the War Room and QEC at all times.*

Corina did not know how long they would last with limit communication. She has crossed paths with the Alliance in the past on Eden Prime and other locations bordering the Traverse. Even now, she suspected the Admiralty would not be happy to see on a professional level. Given their current situation, the young woman knew it would be awhile before they could full connect without losing any potential caller.
Assuming they listen to reason, that is.
There were rumors that Cerebus managed to pull off a successful coup in the heart of Citadel Space. Many slavers and mercenaries did not think much of it but it encouraged many to join the organization. There were others who cared less or could not simply express how they felt about the situation. Recruiters have tried to convince her to join them months before the initial attack based on her military records and the reasons why she left but that did not end well. Half of that unit fell to her biotics alone; the other half with the commander's help.
There was a better chance the crew of the SSV Demon would give her some leeway where Helios was concerned mission wise. It has been years since she was aboard an Alliance, though. If it helps her locate the one person who has evaded her and bringing down Cerebus in the process, she was all for it if some good came out of this.
At any rate, the upgrades needed to defend against jamming and disruption was obvious. Of course, she had to clear this with the commander. The two guards did not seemed to trust that much, which was understandable. Still, it may give her time to information if possible.
Corina pulled back feeling an sharp burn at her finger tips as the blue flash of her shields. Standing up, she was reminded her wounds were not completely healed. The doctor advised her to take it easy with her medical condition but that was not a luxury at the moment. Even as a biotic, it seemed more difficult to recover at times.
"We are long from the closest comm buoy thankfully." she said. "To think life on Omega was this difficult."

>>--» Post Number: 14 «--<< Gwen cleared blood from her face and neck in smooth controlled motions. Once satisfied she looked her vest over and caught up one of the disposable rags beside the sink. Her thoughts dallied on the comments her crew mates had made. Ethan was his chipper self and given the fact he had picked up some new gear she knew where he would be headed when he got a chance. Oni, she was mildly worried about though. His tone and mood told her he was blaming himself for all that happened. And Uda seemed calm and composed yet also slightly distracted.
Shaking her head, she poked and podded at he spots the stitches had been and sighed. With quick movements she removed the old pieces and lifted her eyes to the doc when she commented that Gwen stay behind and get them redone. “As long as you can get them done quick doc, lots of work needs doing” Gwen answered pulling a stool over and sitting on it. As Uda pulled out the supplies Gwen shook her head no at the numbing agents. She could see the exasperation in Uda’s eyes, but she didn’t want anything that could potentially hinder her movements. “Unless you got some whiskey in here just stitch them up. We are still floating like space junk and are therefore not safe yet” she finished.
She had watched as Oni has shrugged of one of the medical attendants, thanked the doctor and left. Not long after him was Ethan. Slowly space was being cleared up. As Uda finished closing the gashes up Gwen carefully pulled her vest back on. “Thanks doc. And your right, I did have people beg me not to bring them” she said with a smirk. “See you in the war room” she continued as she walked out the door to see Corina heading in. Nodding in recognition Gwen kept moving.
As she made her way up to deck two she called Ethan “Hey did you hear Oni comment on meeting in the war room? I’m hoping it’s to formulate a plan. We are sitting ducks right now. And I refuse to be a duck.”
As she waited for Ethan’s reply she continued to scan the deck for any structural issues. So far things seemed fine which was a relief. Down the corridor she could faintly hear Zero speaking to Oni. As Gwen neared the war room she nodded at Riley and Sonya standing guard at the entrance to the war room. As she glanced around the room she noticed she was the first to arrive, which wasn’t unusual. Taking her seat at the table she pulled up the war status board. As she scanned through all the information it didn’t take long to see Cerberus had orchestrated one hell of a blow across the galaxy. Little yellow markers representing Cerberus light up the map like a plague. Sadly, the latest incoming intel was corrupt from Demon getting hit in the middle of receiving it.
Sighing she got to work building a report of her assessment to send to Oni. A sort of quick catch up of how hard the s**t hit the fan.

Corina appreciated the request for whisky aboard this floating junk pile. Uda's exasperation was more than obvious as the medical bay cleared out, leaving room for the wounded to heal in peace. Rubbing her eyelids, the adept could feel one of the volunteers supporting her before pulling away. The last thing everyone needed was have the communications expert pass out minutes before a meeting in the war room.
Nodding to Qwen in acknowledgement, she started for deck two. What issues they had with the systems would need time to repair, and perhaps upgraded if they found the right the resources, but there was no room for error this time around.
"Do not push yourself, Corina." Uda said. "From the slight biotics display, I take it fighting on the Citadel pushed them too far as it is."
"I will be back for the check up, Doctor." Corina promised. "Just do not take anymore blood. Cerebus took enough on that station."
She found the war room fast enough. The soldiers guarding the Q.E.C. were suspicious of her as it was, and not without good reason. Requesting permission to take over communications was a slow process between missions and time spent figuring out how to evade Cerebus forces. The map showed they more than likely the coup on the Citadel was just the man point of a galaxy wide take over right under Alliance authority. Much of the information she acquired before joining the crew of the Demon indicated as much in theory, especially when gangs were being hired to kill her for it along side their own men.
Sitting down, she looked down at her omni-tool knowing this would be bad news all over. What Alliance ships they had left would be in hiding or space debris. Most of the yellow areas were well known for being under Alliance control.
"How are you holding up, Commander?" Corina started. "I know it could not have not been easy leaving the way we did, especially with the damage the Demon has taken."

Although it took only a moment to get to the War Room; passing all the damage on the way made it feel much longer than he'd care to admit. The whole sight left him feeling heavy. Riley and Sonya; two relatively unknown and young soldiers stood guard before the War Room. Already their lives were shaken but unless you knew that feeling you wouldn't see it on their faces. Nodding approvingly as he walked by he was greeted by the one title he did not want to hear and yet it was exactly what he was.
"Captain."
The whole word caused him to shiver internally. 'What Captain nearly gets his whole crew killed..a horrible one..' Entering the War Room he was greeted by Gwen, Corina and a few others working to restore any and all incomplete or corrupt data they had received. "Gwen, Corina." He acknowledged. "Clearly we're out of our league here and now so I've ordered Zero to take us home; to Sol." His hand twitching mildly from the intense focus of biotics he was using to sustain himself.
Glancing briefly towards the Data they did have it was clear Cerberus was much more powerful than anyone could've or would've realized. "All signals are out and we can only assume the one place not entirely destroyed would be Earth." He concluded. "Being a place of human dominance I doubt they'd desire to destroy our home planet."
Stumbling; he realized his biotics were beginning to give and he struggled to maintain his balance as he gripped a nearby railing firmly enough to make his knuckles go white while a cough forced its way from his lips.
"We need to find out the status of our other fleets and coordinate a better plan." Pausing; he did reflect on the possibilities. "It's also possible Earth is undergoing a..'regime change' as Cerberus would like to halt all interference from the Alliance."
His eyes darting between his two companions; he began to wonder where Ethan was when he arrived just in time to avoid his irritation. "I won't lie, as good as it will be to get home and get some much needed repairs there's also a good chance that we will be dropping into a War Zone as bad as the Citadel." he declared. His fist loosening on the railing as he again pushed his biotics to the limit while trying to stabilize himself. "Depending on the situation ground side we may or may not get the help we expect so be prepared and get ready." "Any questions?"
His mind still reeling and body failing in six different ways he struggled admirably but those with a keen eye could see the damage. He could hide a lot but he also had too much to hide and too much to do.
Once he snuck out of the Med-Bay, deciding it would be best to follow the Captains Orders and head straight to the War Room, maybe he would get there earlier if he tried to do so quickly. Sadly, as the brown haired male picked up the pace, he suddenly felt his body lurch. His vision begin to fade, collapsing against the wall. His eyes shut, a hand moving to his forehead as it seemed like something was ripping him apart from the inside. 'Wh...What is this...feeling....!' The wound that he had gotten from the Cloaked Cerberus Operative had started to burn, and as it did his entire body felt like it was on fire. Gritting his teeth his eyes squished together, and for a moment...He seemed to lose consciousness still standing but only long enough for his body to start to heal and give off a faint glow. Perhaps there was some form of poison on the weapon, and thanks to his biology he was able to resist it, before it triggered a reaction once he had been tended too like a normal Human Being.
Leaning there against the wall, the former Asari Experiment felt his muscles tighten under his armor, his eyes opening and the vision starting to return to him, his body relaxing, and suddenly going into a coughing fit and spitting out bits and pieces of what looked like red smoke. Blinking a few times, he kept one hand on the wall using it to steady himself as he walked. "Detox...Sucks.."
By the time that Ethan finally made it to the War Room, it would seem like the Captain had already arrived and was starting to brief everyone. Thankfully, he had seemingly healed himself back up on the way here. But he did rush a tiny bit back into the room. He blinked a few times, listening to the mention of repairs and the like. And pushed a hand through his hair, he had missed the location mention but assumed it was somewhere that Cerberus would charge to attacking from the very start. He put one hand under his chin, and closed his green eyes. Before opening them yet again, and saying," Ill do my best to prepare for combat if that happens to be needed. Otherwise, Ill start making minor repairs to the ships interior on the way, hopefully itll go well for us though." He didnt wanna make it...seem obvious that he didnt know where they were going, because unlike the others he wasnt from the same planet....Well, home for most of them anyway.

Corina Zita
Corina had to admit the resulting damage would leave any commanding officer discouraged. What reports they had was corrupted at best. They were blind as bats, as some Earth born would say. Riley and Sonya, the soldiers standing guard before the War Room, may trust her but they did trust her ability to at least get some form of communication back online. Hopefully, those repairs would be finished by the time they reach what humanity called home.
Despite her disagreement over Alliance regulation, she knew this was the only way to secure their war on Cerebus. If Persephone ruled the Underworld in Greek mythology then she would find a way to help make this right regardless of what others thought and her own reservations. It strange hearing an Alliance officer address with respect, though.
"Gwen, Corina." The mercenary looked up from her omni-tool feelin sick to her stomach seeing the reports for herself. Earth, as far as she could tell, was not aware of the fact war coming to their door step or ignoring the possibility all together. For now. "Clearly we're out of our league here and now so I've ordered to take us home; to Sol."
She watched him twitch much the same way she often did when her condition got the best of her first meeting him in that fire fight. If anything, he needed something...anything to keep him focused. Though that may involve contacting someone she could only hope would forgive her if he was lucky to have survived the galaxy wide take over.
"Oni, there may be a way to coordinate an more effective plan." Corina shuttered. "Earth may or may not be a war zone but there could be a way to fool them if Zero is willing to take an extra route. I have been tracking their ship movements, and we could try jumping from the Krogan DMZ. Jumping out of that Mass Relay would give them little timing if we use the stealth systems."
Corina watched the map light with her intended route despite her churning stomach. There would be some resistance but one of her contacts was in London. She was never attached to Earth but it was her ancestor's home.
"I have a contact in London who might help us." she added. "The only problem is...you will have to contact the Alliance. I will transfer the coordinates to your omni-tool on the nearest dreadnaught closest to the Sol system. I have been digging into Cerebus' records as well. Remember the information I gave you once joining this crew?"
It was then did she realize Sonya glared at her of all times. Glaring could be saved for combat. The information she ended up protecting was more than enough to give them clues to what Cerebus was after before the coup.
"How did you find that out?" she asked.
"Easy when you know how communications work." Corina volunteered. "It is the only way we can get the jump on them. I repaired the security measures well enough to withstand cyber ware and class one interference but we need more time for full Q.E.C repairs."

"Ill do my best to prepare for combat if that happens to be needed. Otherwise, Ill start making minor repairs to the ships interior on the way, hopefully itll go well for us though." Declared Ethan. His nervousness evident Daniel was well aware of his strangely mixed heritage and DNA modifications. N7 didn't recruit anyone they were unaware of but to Daniel it mattered not at this moment. Taking a step towards Ethan as Corina spoke it took all of his effort to muster a slight smile and maintain his balance while he rested his hand firmly but compassionately on his crew members shoulder. "We'll all make it home. No matter where home is." He whispered underneath his breath before breaking contact and moving around the War Room, ever so slightly closer to Corina so he could see and understand her more clearly.
"Oni, there may be a way to coordinate an more effective plan." "Earth may or may not be a war zone but there could be a way to fool them if Zero is willing to take an extra route. I have been tracking their ship movements, and we could try jumping from the Krogan DMZ. Jumping out of that Mass Relay would give them little timing if we use the stealth systems." Her plan was a good one, albeit risky but what wouldn't be lately. Staying was suicide, a head on assault? Suicide. Almost every plan had a suicidal aspect and yet hers already appeared to have less risk than any other.
She wasn't done yet though. "I have a contact in London who might help us." Her pause drawing some slight concern. "The only problem is...you will have to contact the Alliance. I will transfer the coordinates to your omni-tool on the nearest dreadnaught closest to the Sol system. I have been digging into Cerebus' records as well. Remember the information I gave you once joining this crew?"
It brought familiarity but he had to admit, the pain was overwhelming and soon he'd no longer be able to stand. His mental capacity was being exhausted well past the point of a normal human being all in an effort to maintain his usual strength. "Easy when you know how communications work." Thankfully she continued anyway; while exchanging glares with Sonya. A firecracker that one; he was sure he'd remember the information Corina gave him momentarily but he needed to get off his feet for at least a few minutes first.
"It is the only way we can get the jump on them. I repaired the security measures well enough to withstand cyber ware and class one interference but we need more time for full Q.E.C repairs."
Pausing to assess the room he also took note of his crew; although capable it was clear Gwen was injured as well and even Ethan showed pain in his expression. None of them would give up or be willingly benched but if Corina was the least damaged than it stood well enough to reason that her plan was almost certainly more thought out than any of theirs.
"Are you sure about this Corina?" He reiterated. His mistakes were his.. but hers.. He hoped she was up for this. "Zero? Thoughts?" He called into the air casually. Most responses from Zero were quick.
Issues seem to be less than a problem. "Corina you'll take point then.. Zero, Sol you're to coordinate with Corina, Aura as well. I want the ship at operating capacity within the hour.." He ordered before realizing he was no longer able to focus his biotics as necessary. "By then we're heading out. No matter what." He insisted as his leg began to buckle, his hand instinctively slamming into the ground to prevent him from face planting. Blood working it's way from his lips as the Biotics now started to fail from preventing catastrophic damage. Basically ripping himself apart at the seams he mildly chuckled while others appeared to panic with his vision fading. **Read Spoiler Tab**

>>--» Post Number: 25 «--<< Gwen nodded to Corina when she entered the war room and knew Oni wouldn’t be far behind. As she finished wrapping up her report she sat back and tapped her foot against the console. As Oni entered the room she knew trouble was brewing. She had known the captain long enough to see the warning signs and was sure that Ally had made note of it too. As he told them that he had ordered Ally to bring them home to Sol a soft chuckle escaped past her lips. Sol was returning home so Sol. She fondly remembered the first time someone had used the nickname for her. It had been after a very enduring and gruesome battle led by her and they had as per normal come out victorious.
Her thoughts were cut short as Oni stumbled and caught the railing. She didn’t miss the white knuckling going on or the blood seeping past his lips. At this point Ethan had silently joined the room and she noted the pale pallor he was sporting as well. The crew was not in top condition for a fight. Oni’s assessment of returning home was their best bet, even if it was a warzone. In the end the crew would fight if they needed too. Everyone aboard Demon understood what they were getting into when they joined the crew. This ship and her crew were molded for war.
Ethan’s comments about doing repairs to prepare for combat didn’t come as a surprise either. He was meticulous with his work and that’s what they loved about him. They never needed to worry about the weapons if he was around. She even let him do the calibrations on her own weaponry which for anyone that knew her would know that was rare.
As Corina spoke up with an idea for getting home Gwen was impressed and wasn’t all that surprised by Sonya’s response. The woman was likely skeptical of Corina’s intent after everything that had gone down and who could blame her. But judging by all Corina had done so far and the records Gwen had managed to get ahold of she wasn’t worried about the woman’s loyalties. However, if she did betray them Gwen had no problems with taking her out. To her it was a matter of black and white with no need to stress about it.
Gwen watched as Oni walked over to Ethan and rested his hand on the males shoulder and told them they would all get home, wherever home was. As far as Gwen was concerned she was home, Demon was the only home she needed. But she understood the others had ties to other homes.
As Corina kept talking to the Captain about options she noticed his condition was falling fast. As he asked Corina if she was sure and called out to Zero she smiled. He trusted his crew. As he told them to coordinate, it sounded suspiciously as though he wouldn’t be around. And then it happened. She was on her feet the moment his leg collapsed, and his fist slammed into the floor to keep him up. In moments she was at his side and maneuvered him into a fireman carry.
“Corina follow me to Med-Bay. Dr. Stark the captain need immediate care, Ethan get to work. You heard the Captain people. You have one hour” she commanded as she turned on her heal and walked to med bay.
Location:SSV Demon- War Room about to be med-bay Mood:Focused Thoughts: <******** knew it
Corina could see the question in the air. She did not blame anyone for thinking she was in this mission for herself. It was expected. "Zero? Thoughts?"
"The ship is in no condition to take on full frontal combat." she nodded. "We will coordinate to the best of our ability. Cerebus has not completely lost its mind. Yet. As for you, get better, commander."
The mercernary worriedly watched the soldiers support the commander as he seemed ready to give into the same pain she was experiencing with her own injuries before Gwen helped. She suspected Uda would track her down to the edge of dark space if she did not meet up with her soon but the reports and star maps would be easy enough from her quarters. That is, if the others would temporarily banish the thought of putting a bullet in her foot after this suicide mission to Earth.
Anemia could wear down a person if it was given a chance as much Sonya's glare. However, she learned to not let these social ques through by her second year in the Alliance. Over the comm, she could hear Uda respond.
"The medical bay is ready, Sol." Uda said.
Corina followed Gwen out of the war room feeling her body literally begging to hit the floor. If her calculations were correct, they be able to make the jump before the first Cerebus ship picked them up. From there, the Sol System and Earth.

The Former Asari Experiment could merely listen in on everyones suggestions, this was one of those situations where nothing he could say would be of any use. He wasnt the type to think of plans or give well thought out manuevers or anything of that sort. Doing things was more of his specialty, there was a reason he tended to rush into things and fight along with repair with his hands and a few tools after all. His gaze went to Corina, he had to real...well, he couldnt say that. He knew of her, but the extent of knowledge was to that point. He was concerned for everyone in this room, he knew if the ship didnt get repaired and they were ambushed on the way well..it could go horrible for them. He then blinked, the krogans would be a safe bet actually. They were better off against Cerberus thanks to their battle insticts, and considering most of them would probably already be concerned with a Human Uprising they would be best prepared for it. But then again, they could turn on them thinking they were part of Cerberus... Multiple thoughts swarmed his head best on the suggestions, but then a hand touched his shoulders and it...was almost like Daniel was using him to remain standing, as his green eyes moved to the Captain. And he blinked a few times before saying,"Well..this is my home, so as long as I am here..this is my home...And I plan on not letting it get destroyed...unless Ally does something crazy..." he tried to make a small joke and lighten the mood, that kind smile returning to his face and a bit of color as well. Showing that he was merely exhausted mentally at the moment, He was going to offer a shoulder to the captain when he left his side. And then moved a bit away from him.
He watched as the Captain collapsed, he had his orders, but was about to move and catch their comrade and leader. When Gwen, swiftly and almost like she predicted this outcome moved to his side and began to carry him, he listened to her words and could merely nodd. Before grabbing the gear he had at his side, he would head to Ally first. Get a list of the jobs he would have to do, he wasnt planning on sleeping yet...Nor would he for quite a long time. At least until the ship was repaired enough for them to at least take a few more hits rather than rip it apart. He would have to wait to repair the outer regions though, mostly because his body couldnt handle being in space with his armor...not actually being his armor. He began to mumble as he walked away, heading to the Cockpit." I need...to find out where my armor is...And helmet...Because this...is not fitting me right now.."
