As the owner of Olympia's only legal gambling company, Chancer holds a monopoly on all the legal gambling action within the city. His motto is literally: "If you shake on it, you pay for it!" Meaning any bet or deal that is shaken on within the limits of Chancer's is on with no take backs. Chancer's will manage that deal for the bettors for a small fee, however. This handshaking rule became so popular that it actually became part of Judge Law and scribes go around the large circular pit in the Lobby in order to take down every exchange made during a match.

Royal Olympia's Chancer's Branch is by far the most luxurious with plush circular leather coaches filling the open floor plan in the Lobby to give an incredible first impression. The Lobby ends with an entrance into the Casino and symmetrical curved staircases leading up to The Royal Cafѐ. As the only Casino, The Royal Flush contains slot machines, roulette wheels, and poker tables on the first floor in addition to the standard Betting Counter found in every Chancer's location in the Lobby.

The Royal Cafѐ serves all guests in The Royal Flush, including on the Casino floor. It's a classy affair when you come to play a bet at the Royal Flush: you can buy dinner and have at-table service, because the waiter will even take your bet to Steve for you. The Cafѐ serves almost any type of food a bettor could ask for, even some they don't.

The Steve here is a middle aged man, who has been employed under the Chancer's brand since the opening of Zoid's Landing's World's Edge.

Even though there is Judge presence in case things get out of hand, it is minimal and therefore almost unnoticeable. By the end of most matches, the Judges lucky enough to be stationed at Royal Flush usually join in the fun anyway.

• (-320) means that for every 320 credits you bet, you earn 100 credits so you get back 420
  
• (+240) means that for every 100 credits you bet, you earn 140 credits so you get back 240
  
• Do not return to Steve for payment if your Victor was incorrect
  
• Amounts from incorrect bets will be deposited into Chancer's account
  
• Odds change as matches progress
  
• Claims more than six real-life-months past the end of the match will be turned away

• Bets can take the form of items, credits, or Zoids, which will be referred to as collateral
  
• Collateral will be given to the appropriate Steve for 'holding' (Zoids cannot be held, but the ownership documents will be.)
  
• Zoids will be repossessed and given to the new owners when appropriate
  
• Chancer's takes a 7.5% 'holding' fee which will be deposited directly into Chancer's account
  
• If collateral is not in credits, then it will be appraised, so a 'holding' fee can be assigned, which will be paid up front
  
• A promise to pay for a meal is not collateral, because it cannot be appraised
  
• Upon completion of bet return to appropriate Steve for payment
