Personality: She is known to space out often, and her mood fluctuates often, making for a quick temper.
History: Fengxia's mother was from mainland China, and moved to the United States as a young woman, where she met an attractive marine who would later become her husband and the father of her second child (the first one ended in a miscarriage). The couple lived happily in America for a few short years before Fengxia was born, and shortly after that, when their daughter was four, Fengxia's grandmother became ill back in China. The couple moved back to take care of Fengxia's now widowed grandmother.
Fengxia began to notice her mutant abilities during her early adolescence. The first major sign she noticed was after seeing a martial arts performance and, with her school friends, tried--successfully--to mimic it. She found herself performing the act just seen with ease, much to her surprise. She also became able to mimic simple tasks with ease in school and at home.
Always a bright girl, Fengxia had extraordinary memory in her young years. She passed most tests with ease. Her memory started to fade though, in random places during what would be her first years in high school. She would remember some portions of a lesson taught, and then forget whole days or weeks of study at a time without realizing. Her amnesia was in consistent and she saw many doctors throughout her childhood for it, but they could do nothing to help. She had taken matters into her own hands, studying in mostly cram sessions before tests and assignments to retain her memory. While this happened, allowing her to excel in school, her muscle memory became stronger and stronger. She could watch a calligrapher paint and mimic the very painting moments later, if she remembered it.
Fengxia moved back and forth from China to the United States for a few years with her father, and eventually stayed in China for college, settling to join the People's Liberation Army to follow her father's military footsteps. Her father died shortly after she was officially enlisted in the PLA Ground Force.
A soldier now for three years, she was able to use her mutant abilities to perform as a better soldier. Fengxia was noticed by a Brotherhood member visiting China and recruited. Knowing that right now serving for the liberation of mutants was more important that serving for her country, she accepted the offer, and arranged to move to the United States.

Weaknesses: Only so much information can be learned and retained at a time, so unless she continues reminding herself, or prevents herself from learning new things, she starts to forget others to make room for them. The things she forgets can vary, and it is hard to tell what will be forgotten, as things are typically done at random. She is prone to bouts of amnesia. She can only gain muscle memory of an action if she sees it being performed.
