Research Topics: Supervises and notes the nutritional needs of pokefusions, studies the capabilites of pokefusions to enhance agriculture, and their therapeutic effects on humans

Personality: A kind, old lady who takes care of travelers before the treacherous journey ahead. Amaryllis often is tired from constantly looking after her eccentric, bug-type pokemon loving husband, but that never gets in the way of her generosity for others. She always offers to make a cup of tea for anyone who visits the Phylo Village Gym and personally oversees healing pokefusions after a battle. Her caring spirit even reaches strangers and her words of wisdom have been carried all around the Elovve region. She is a natural born leader, and for a woman her age, Amaryllis is very active in the Phylo Village community.

History: Amaryllis comes from a family of florists, and so she has always been a diligent and patient woman. It takes a lot of love and care to grow flowers and after working with plants during her childhood, she realized she wanted to expand that same knowledge to the broader fields of pokemon and people. During her teenage years Amaryllis apprenticed at a Pokemon Center, and after learning from her experiences there in her mid-twenties she started up her own Herb Shop. While working there she met her husband and they soon married, running the business together happily for several years. She got in contact with Professor Barkwood after attending a convention where Professor Barkwood made a speech on genetically modified foods and their beneficial effects. The two became close friends, and years later when Barkwood began the Pokemon Fusion Project it was only natural that Amaryllis also became a part of it.

Age: 28
Hometown: Floaroma Town, Sinnoh
Research Topics: Head of electrical wiring and machinery maintenance in the Lab, responsible for updating existing electrical infrastructure, oversees the telecommunications access to all ships and planes entering and exiting the Elovve region, researching the relationship between pokefusions and their attraction to electricity, studying the effects of habitat loss due to construction on wild pokemon, and proposing the utilization of pokefusions in future construction projects

Personality: A serious young woman who loves nothing more than a job well done, Clare could very easily be described as a workaholic. She runs Mitokhan City's Power Plant and is often seen with a mug of coffee in one hand and a walkie talkie in the other, always multi-tasking as she relentlessly moves from one assignment to the next. Her language is typically blunt without apology and her temper is known to have a ridiculously short fuse; it doesn't take much to make Clare mad and when she's furious she's actually prone to becoming physically aggressive. Although she is the most recently promoted Gym Leader some might say that she is more motivated than anyone else to meet her goal of furthering the Elovve Lab's progress with pokefusion. Although she dislikes having to face other people, she often works with Ferdinand to draw up the blueprints to new development projects in Elovve.

History: Clare grew up in the quiet and small town of Floaroma, but unlike the other little girls, she showed more interested in the Valley Windworks and Fuego Ironworks. When she was old enough she tried to get a job at the Ironworks, but it was deemed 'too dangerous for a girl' and so she had no choice but to do research at the Windworks instead. There she apprenticed to the scientists for a few years until she had enough experience to transfer to Sunyshore, getting a job in restoring the lighthouse. After moving to Sunyshore, Clare realized efficient and clean energy was her passion and so she began to work with Volkner on the solar panel roadways. For one reason or another she had a falling out with the local Gym Leader, but her research findings managed to reach the ears of Professor Barkwood and recently Clare made the move to Elovve to gain the title of Gym Leader.

-Clare becomes ridiculously angry if anyone ever mentions Volkner around her
-She surprisingly is very good friends with Goran and often tells him her troubles
-She's secretly a health food nut and keeps a diary to count her daily calorie intake

Age: 16
Hometown: Laverre City, Kalos
Research Topics: Studies the molecular genetics of pokefusions, the biomechanics and biochemistry of bug-type pokefusions, and makes notations of the developmental biology and evolution morphology of pokefusions

Personality: The daughter of a scientist who is especially enamored with bugs, Oihana is a young girl with a rather eerie aura. She is commonly referred to as 'creepy' and sometimes wears a giant Shuckle shell as a mask, finding it fun to spy on people and eavesdrop. Despite her non-conformist habits and style of dress she is a genius and her scientific findings are typically without any dispute from her colleagues in the lab. She would rather be playing around outside in the forest than stuck indoors doing paperwork and reading articles. Oihana doesn't talk much to people that don't share her same interests unless she personally finds them to be amusing for some reason; she is often seen just smiling and standing shyly across the room watching others around her.

History: Oihana is the only child of a scientist and a journalist from Kalos, her well-versed parents being the source of her ever curious nature. Her high intellect has always been difficult for others around her to match, causing Oihana to naturally drift off and pursue whatever could keep her attention long enough. The high demand for her mother and father's work often left her alone as a child so she spent a great deal of time outdoors playing with wild pokemon, which heavily influenced her into the person that she is today. Her love for bug-types came from these experiences and soon she was spending a lot of her time reading and researching any material that she could about them. Her father was invited to join Professor Barkwood's research team in Elovve, but after the move it seems that Oihana actually does far superior work than her parent, although she works at her own pace.

Gender: Male
Age: 56
Hometown: Opelucid City, Unova
Research Topics: Primarily focused on dragon-type pokefusions and their power, researches legenedary pokemon, responsible for the future pokefusion breeding program

Personality: Though Goran is rather solitary worker while in the lab, he has a big heart and is constantly thinking about what he can do to help improve the lives of others in need. Because he enjoys spending time in the mountains with cold temperatures, Goran believes that they can cure a lot of the problems that other people have, so he encourages everyone to take a trip to the Helix Mountains at least once. He has a very heavy hand and loves to push trainers past their limits, wanting them to get stronger with very big challenges. He has the bad habit of accidentally falling asleep when people talk to him for too long, which often results in him being chastised like a child. He works with Deryn to study the breeding habits of the pokefusions and wants to start a nursery for pokefusion eggs someday.

History: Goran was invited to join the Pokemon Fusion Project by Professor Barkwood because he was one of the few people to ever document having an encounter with both Zekrom and Reshiram. He was heavily inspired by Drayden, the Opelucid Gym Leader, to follow his dreams; in his youth he chased after any dragon-type that he could find in order to learn more about them. His curiosity hasn't changed since then one bit and he is thankful for his job in Elovve because now he has even more resources at his disposal. In addition to being very knowledegable about dragons, he has also spent several years traveling the world in order to study ancient ruins and looks for signs of the current whereabouts of legendary pokemon. More than anyone else, Goran wants to successfully get samples of legendary pokemon's DNA so he can unlock the secrets of what the meaning of true strength really is.
