Personality: Noel is a rather confident individual with a go get it attitude. Anything beyond her grasp is just as surely pulled within. She has succeeded at everything she has ever tried in her life. A success that has gone to her head, assuredly. She is very secure in who she is, and what she wants. She doesn't shy from her opinion easily, and isn't one to doubt herself in any situation. That being said, her confidence doesn't come with cruelty. She doesn't put down those who aim to succeed, instead valuing the strength they portray to stand up time and time again. It's a trait she both loathes and envies. As one who has never known struggle, she has never known the joy of truly earning something. Even if nothing had ever been handed to her, she never truly had to try. This alone drives her forward, to find something she wants, and struggle to obtain it.

Dreams:Impossibility: As a proprietor of her own success, Noel has never once had a dream. She sets clear goals and plans to accomplish them over various step by step methods. She knows whatever she aims for will come to pass, it is just a matter of her moving forward.
Biography:
You always hear those stories about little girls wanting to be Princesses. Noel didn't have time for pipe dreams. Noel was born Noelia Paltron twenty four years ago. To her parents Giani and Sofia Paltron. She wasn't your typical girl, because she never had the typical family. From a young age Noel had a gift for numbers. She could withhold numbers for a large period of time and repeat them systematically from as little as a glance. Hearing it, they were always with her. Even advanced mathematical equations were broken down in seconds. This made her an asset to her father, a well protected asset that was trained to know the ins and outs of her fathers entire business. She was eight, and to any Underground Family that wasn't with the Paltron's, she was a problem. More so than her Father, if they could not kidnap her, they were equally fine with her just being dead. After she had stored up enough information, Giani had stopped using files or even computers to keep precious information about his business. All of it ran through her, making her the centerpiece of a very dangerous game of chess.
She was maybe fifteen when they had finally gotten to her. A bullet went straight through her arm, and tore it asunder. She had never known pain like that in her entire life. Being in danger she was only taught by private tutors, and anytime she moved it was in an armored vehicle. This accelerated life style she had was ended, they faked her death, and her parents had left her to be alone at the Hospital. With a new adoptive parent, Snow Nightingale. She understood what it took for her to be safe, and would spend a large amount of time unloading the massive data she had stored within her brain. That her true father, Giani, could run his business without endangering his little girl. She had nothing else to focus on, so she moved forward.
Fascinated by the beast that had ruined her life, she took to studying them. Their engineering, their past. What kind of wild life were mechanical beings, or were they mechanical at all. She buried herself in studies and degrees, domesticating them like natural animals. She wanted to see them fight, and so she did. With all of her accumulated wealth it wasn't enough to just know about Zoids, or even own a team. She had to fight beside them, understand every inch of their being. She needed to learn what it felt to struggle for victory. She is hoping that becoming a pilot and facing the best from all across Olympia, will satisfy her need for struggle. Or would she simply crush all of her opposition, and move forward as she always had. This team, the need to rely on others for her success, it could quite possibly force her into this situation.
