"Welcome to the region of Elovve! We thank you for volunteering to pioneer our research!"

Elovve is a decent sized, temperate island not really attached to any of the established regions. The closest would probably be the Kalos region, but that's still a travel! Because Elovve is so far from the other regions, telecommunications, such as phone and internet, cannot reach the other regions. Mail by Pidove, Pelipper or Dragonite is the way to go!

The islands' terrain is rather inconvenient. A large mountain range and desert separates it almost into thirds. We got it for cheap, though, so what can you expect? "Regular" wild Pokemon roam free on the island. You'll only see Fusions held by trainers. Fusions are NOT to be released under any circumstance!!

We bought this island from Team Rocket before their second downfall. We've haven't had to pay taxes ever since! We decided to buy out our own giant island to set up the Lab so we can escape the greedy eyes of wrong doers in other regions. Also there are strict regulations of DNA-evolution elsewhere...

While there is a train system connecting the major cities, aspiring trainers are encouraged to take the "Hero's Journey" and traverse to the eight cities which hold Pokemon gyms fashioned like those in other regions. Each Gym leader is also a scientist at the Lab, so by fighting them you're also helping our research!

This is just a blank map, read the documents below to understand the world better!

WHITE City Numbers

All of the following cities each have a mart, a Pokecentre and a PokePark. The PokeParks vary in size depending on the location.

1. Mato Town [ May-Toe] - The town everyone starts in after they get a Pokemon from the lab. Those who wish to enjoy their companions rather than take on the Challenge may start in any other town.
There is a Flying-type gym here.

2. Phylo Village [Fy-Low] - The last hospitable place trainers will see for a long time. This village is on the edge of Dolly forest, which leads to Aries Cave, which then opens into Heleo Desert- East. Stock up on items, get some rest and train hard!
There is a Grass-type gym here.

3. Heleo Oasis [He-Lee-Oh] - A large city in the middle of the harsh desert. Some say it has magical properties. Established as a ‘half way point’ for travelers, and for good reason! Many trainers take an extended break here. It houses the largest open-air market!
There is a Ground-type gym here.

4. Mitokhan City [Me-Toe-Can] - The largest city in Elovve. Mitokhan is the major supplier of electricity and building materials of the region. It uses windmills and watermills to generate electricity, and a powerplant pumps it across the land. There is a Pokemon Contest Hall here, but only Normal and Great rank.
There is a Electric-type gym here.

5. Nucelotide Port [Nu-Sell-Low-Tide] - A somewhat small town that is known for fishing, surfing, and beaches. It is also host to the only port in the area.
There is a Water-type gym here.

6. Gatca Village [Gat-Cha] - Through another forest, bleaker, darker and more dangerous than the others in the region, lays the small, almost hidden village of Gatca. The people here live in harmony with the forest, living in grand tree houses.
There is a Bug-type gym here.

7. Ribbon City [Rib-Bin] - Through the Helix Mountain, the left path brings you into a rolling plain spotted with glistening lakes and gentle breezes. Situated in the middle is Ribbon city. There is a contest hall here where you can enter all four ranks.
There is a Fairy+Dark duo gym here.

8. Deoxy Town [Dee-Ox-Eee] - Through Helix AND Icy Mountain, you come to the rugged town of Deoxy. At the highest point of the town, you can see a forest of pine trees below and the highest ridge of the curl of Helix Mountain. It is always winter here, and only the strongest survive.
There is a Dragon-type gym here.

PURPLE City Numbers

1. Lab. – The main research facility in the region. It sits on it's own tiny island to the north.
2. Tein Village [Tine] – A tiny town that mass-grows and ships flowers of all sorts!
3. Bioetic Town [By-oh-tech] - A village by the sea surrounded by woods. A man here specializes in glass blowing, flutes and is the epitome of happiness!
4. Randan Village [Ran-Dun]– A research facility located under a small mountain range. They research rocks.

A. Mirror Lake – An everstill lake. Looking into it looks like a photo!
B. Dolly Forest – A peaceful forest named after a scientists pet Mareep.
C. Aries Cave – A small tunnel carved by years of herding Pokemon. There seems to be a path that would have led into the unnamed mountain here, but it is inaccessible.
D. Heleo Desert – D1( East). D2 (South) D3 (Noth). An expansive, harsh desert that storms often. Rare rocks can be found under the sand if one cares to look.
E. Chromoo Ranch and Daycare – Between Route 5 and 6 is Chromoo ranch, named by their young son. They raise Miltanks (of all sorts) here. The wife runs a day care service, as well.
F. Lake Superior – The largest lake in Elovve. It holds the watermill and dam that created electricity in Mitokahn.
G. Breezy Woods – More pleasant than it sounds! A great place for a picnic.
H. Spring Cave – A cave with an underground lake. There is a skylight that points to the middle of it, but it seems to go down forever.
I. Dark Wood Forest – A winding, dark, creepy forest full of glowing eyes. It’s a wonder why anyone would want to start an establishment here!
J. Winding Path – A twisting, exhausting path up the mountain. There is a hiker near the mountain entrance who runs a small inn for travellers. Thank goodness!
K. Helix Mountain – A tall, spiraling mountain that connects route 10, 11 and 13 together. You can see other regions from the top of the mountain!
L. Downwards Wind – A dangerous hill that declines on a steep slope. Good luck getting back up!
M. Crystal Cavern – Hidden deep within the mountain is a cavern that houses giant crystals. They are not reactive like fire or water stones, but they sure are pretty.
N. Cold Path – a tunnel between Helix Mountain and Icy Spire. The floor is covered in ice and there is a deep rumbling under your feet!
O. Icy Spire – Sick of mountains at this point, not many people climb to the top. This is the final stretch of dangerous paths before finishing the Trainer Challenge.
P. D Island - A small island off the southern coast. Restricted access.
Q. R Island - A small island off the southern coast. Restricted access.
R. A Island - A small island off the southern coast. Restricted access.
