I need to know if anyone is still around so I know if doing my giveaways are worth it or not. This coming month I'd like to give away a Nepeta cosplay but I'm not sure who is interested.

I'm still here, but the only cosplay I really do is Equius... And I have just about everything for that.
Frick, where is everyone damn. We need more announcements. We need incentives for people to stick around, maybe a referral program.

I am totally here! Albeit on a real cruddy net connection but still I exist ^_^ Perhaps if we wanna keep interest the best way forward is to become active ourselves, make some really interesting fun roleplaying happen, perhaps make more happen outside the guild itself too, for example have sessions on the overseer project run and such like that :3

I just joined this guild not too long ago, as I just started Homestuck about a month ago and fell in love with it. II really want to revive this group and get some new rp's and contests and whatnots going. I have a whole trollsona I thought up and havent been able to use yet! It would be especially awesome if we could get this revamped now, because Hussie is close to putting up the ending of the comic!!! >surprised( Would anyone like to start up an RP with me?

I'd love to start one, darling. A revamp would be splendid, but there are so many dead members, it's hard to say where'd we even begin. I agree with Pornim on the whole incentives for people to stick around, else we lose them as we have now. Ninety nine members and only a handful are active :/
It seems probably that a lot of the dead members are just people who don't even go on Gaia anymore. We could start with a member purge. Set a deadline with plenty of time for people to sign in an tell us they still want to stick around. Make it something simple, like a roll call or check in. Meanwhile we start up some contests, give aways, new rps, and what-have-you to get people's attention and get them working. Also, I suggest advertising while all this is happening. Put a banner for the guild in your signature, talk it up in the towns, put out in casual conversations and posts on like facebook and kik and tumblr. Or just ask your friends to join us. I think that would be a good start.

haha im not sure if i'm too late on this but I think a nepeta cosplay give away would be just amazing!! I've been meaning to get a troll cosplay done and so I think it would be a super awesome idea! ^.^
