Custom Order Information

Steel Options

Low Grade Steel is moderately heavy, bends easily, and cannot be made heat resistant.

Light Weight Low Grade Steel is lighter weight than any other options but cannot be made heat resistant and is about as flexible as aluminum foil.

Middle Grade Steel is roughly the same weight as Low Grade Steel but is not nearly as bendable. It can also be made heat resistant at a higher price.

Heavy Duty Steel This is the strongest Steel. It’s practically unbendable, is naturally heat resistant, but it’s very heavy and is typically a hefty price. Labor charges for Heavy Duty Steel are raised because of the difficulty to work with it, but you can be sure it’ll be around forever.

Non-Steel Options

High Grade Plastic Plastic is Plastic. It’s cheap, it’s fire proof (but not heat resistant, it will not catch fire but it can still melt), this grade of plastic is cut an inch and a half thick so it’s not even remotely pliable. The drawbacks: it’s as heavy as low grade steel and has a limited lifetime before inevitable failure (For custom weapons used in matches this is usually around 6 matches). Colored plastic is available at a small price increase.

Fiber Glass This material is similar to plastic in that it’s also cheap and has a limited lifetime of use before failure (5 matches), but the similarities stop there. Fiber glass is highly flammable and breaks much easier than plastic, and thus cannot be used for anything with metal ammunition. However, it’s one of the lightest options available and can be made heat and water resistant to prevent degradation of material.

Low Quality Carbon Fiber Carbon Fiber is a light, thin, and effective material. It is naturally heat and water resistant and has a high strength-rigidity ratio. The drawback of Low Quality Carbon fiber is it has a large number of crumple zones because it is not reinforced. Carbon Fibers are the best options, but are highly expensive and take longer to build.

Reinforced Carbon Fiber You want Heavy Duty but light weight, you’ve got it. This can do everything. It’s made with a steel polymer in-lay to correct the crumple zone problems present in the lower Quality Carbon Fiber. It has no use limitations, is already heat and water resistant, non-flammable, and basically indestructible. It is only a bit heavier than the Low Quality Carbon Fiber, but has every other benefit you could ask for of a weapon grade material. The one setback: this is our most expensive material option.

Before placing a custom order you should know what you're buying. All custom orders charge labor costs in addition to custom fitting costs. Pricing is on a term by term basis.

At the time of purchase, customers agree to take full responsibility for any accidents that may occur once the weapon leaves our store. We are not responsible for any damage done to Zoids or Weapons once they leave our shop. Prior to leaving, all custom orders will be inspected for safety standards, so it is the customers responsibilty afterward that it is maintained properly. If there is a safety concern regarding the options selected prior to building the custom order, the mechanic/engineer will contact you regarding any problems and suggest an alternative model.

Labor and Custom Fitting Prices

Labor and Custom fitting will be priced according to time (word count.)

Labor- Labor will be 10 credits a word (roughly 6,000-8,000 per post from Viridiana.)

Custom Fitting- Custom Fitting will require use of the CP-A1 unit at 10,000 a piece, plus labor charges at the same price as stated above. It should take approximately one CP-A1 piece per weapon mounted, which means for every weapon that must be custom fitted you should include the price of the CP-A1 piece into your overall cost.
