Basic Information

Full Name: Viridiana Rosette Zeppelin
Nicknames: Viridia, Vi
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Birthday: August 3rd
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Misc Features: Viridiana has burn scars all along her forearms from knocking against hot metal working equipment frequently as a child. The scars have become faint, but she prefers to hide them under gloves. She also has a small rosebud tattoo high on her right side, under her arm where it isn't easily noticeable.

Personal Information

Sexuality: Heterosexual
Relationship Status: Who has time for that?
Personality: Viridia is your typical spoiled brat: she always feels entitled, can be a bit greedy, and rarely accepts it when she doesn't get her way. She's bossy, controlling, and occasionally overbearing. But she isn't entirely cold-hearted either. When push comes to shove though she is kind to people around her and offers a helping hand whenever she can. Just because she's tough and expects a lot out of people doesn't mean she is oblivious to the needs of people around her. Deep down she's a little bit of a romantic and a little bit of a trickster, but most of the time she's just business minded and focused on getting results.
Team Loyalty: Steel Nerves (my team of course)
Likes:
  • Roses. Because there's something about them that speaks to her on a personal level, so much so that she has planted rose gardens on the roofs of all of her buildings.
  • Turtles. Just look at them. They're adorable!
  • Money. Viridiana spends almost all of her free time developing a solid business plan to insure that her team, and business, are successful.

Dislikes:
  • Mallory. She may barely know him, but he seems like a real nuisance. Or you know, maybe not just Mallory, people in general, especially with split personalities like his, they just kind of piss her off.
  • Piloting. She may watch, she may enjoy the Zoids and building them, but she does not enjoy piloting. She's done it, but it's not fun and she'll avoid it as much as possible.
  • The smell of metal. Okay, so she works around it all the time, doesn't mean she has to like the smell. Or the taste.

Fears:
  • Not living up to her family's expectations. Or just being a failure in general.
  • Losing her father's business.
  • Big animals. Anything bigger than a Labrador retriever just freaks her out. Including bigger dogs, bears, giant cats, none of those really work for her.

Dreams:
  • Monopolizing the Customization, Equipment, and Weaponry market through destruction of all competition.
  • Owning the best competitive team money can buy.
  • Leaving behind a legacy for the next generation.

Biography:
Viridiana was born in Olympia as the only child of the Zeppelin family. Her father was the owner of Zeppelin Steel, the leading manufacturer of Heavy duty, light weight steel used for zoid production. He started the company when he was 18, and ran it single-handedly from then until he married the woman who would one day be Viridiana's mother. After their marriage she became the financial manager, making it possible for the company to expand ten fold before the birth of their daughter was so much as a twinkle in their eye.

Needless to say, Vi started her life on the right side of the track. Her parents could afford the high end housing, the private education, and above all, were able to feed her expensive taste in clothes and food. She was a spoiled brat throughout her entire childhood, but for all her parents gave her, her father was never fond of the idea of leaving his company to her. Vi was desperate to convince her father otherwise, so with a tiny chunk of start up money, at the same age as her father had been, Vi started a shop of her own: custom fitting weapons onto Zoids in their own garage. Being that she wasn't making the weapons herself and had to buy them from over priced retailers, her mechanical talents were rather unrecognized, but it was a good start to a promising future.

Having gained experience as a capable mechanic, and become recognized in the community for her knowledge in weapons, Vi had the idea to turn her small garage business into a full fledged street shop. It took a year of apprenticeship and private schooling with a professional gunsmith, but by the time she'd turned 20, Shell Shock was open for business. It was the best way she could think to prove to her father she could handle taking over Zeppelin Steel, and to some extent he agreed with her. The trouble was, it wasn't impressive enough.

Then one of her customers just had to give her another idea. Yet to be seen as a good or bad idea, Steel Nerves became her second money making child, one she would die to see be successful. She was determined to prove to her dad that she could handle the added business, and maybe, if he realized she could handle both the gun shop and the team, he'd accept she could handle Zeppelin Steel as well.
