Personality: Riza is a woman people should be weary nearby, not that she is overly violent (unless you're stealing from her) but due to her teasing and jokester nature. She's always been a prankster since she was young. The moment she found something about someone she would use it to her "advantage" (more like personal enjoyment). She doesn't do this to harm anyone, she knows when to stop. Riza merely likes to have some fun (especially if there is a tense air) and rarely does to ever tease to offend someone. Seeing how people react is merely fun for her, like a game (sometimes a dangerous one).
Riza can be at times hardheaded or put simply stubborn in certain situations, she is not one to usual admit let alone ask for help. This could be due to her confident nature in her abilities which from time to time borderlines with "arrogance". ~
In general she can be quite enjoyable and entertaining to be around, once you get past her flaws, one of which is her inability to hide emotions, for example if she's mad she'll show it.

Biography:
Riza can be considered a "military brat". Although she never entered the military (she kind of hates it), she was raised within its environment. Her father since before she was born until she was in her late teens served in the military reaching up to the rank of commander. Her mother couldn't handle the military lifestyle her father led, his constant absences from home drove her nuts. Eventually this led to a few affairs and during those nights 5 year old little Riza was left alone whenever a baby sitter was not arranged. Things got dramatic when things were found out. The family broke apart and since that day Riza was left in solely her fathers care, never hearing from her mother sense.
Unable to just break away from the military to care for her, she was dragged from assignment to assignment with him. His duties were reduced to less dangerous things like commanding and making decisions, avoiding never needing to leave Riza except during work hours.
Riza was a mischievous child and youth and still retains a lot of that. She was quite famed around the bases for her pranks, always innocent and generally harmless. They were just meant for fun, but still she was always "punished" for them (secretly her dad awarded her for living up the place a bit sometimes). Generally her targets were new cadets, they had no idea who she was so they had no need to be wary of her, something they quickly learned.
Her free time was whenever allowed, spent within the hangers where the zoids were located. Whenever either her father had spare time (and some engineers here and there) she was taught everything there was to know about zoids, both in a mechanics point of view as well as a pilots.
Around the age of 16 her father retired from the military settling and starting up his own Zoid shop, just to give him something to do as well as fuel his daughters interest. Once she hit the age of 18 she left to travel the word meeting other engineers and learn new things whenever she got the chance. She'd return home from time to time to check up on her dad. A few months ago she found out he was quite ill (something he'd kept from her so she wouldn't feel required to stop what she was doing and return home), he passed a month after she returned due to the call and has inherited not only the shop but his old Lightning Saix as well.
