Misc Features: Mallory has copious amounts of small scars on the left side of his neck. Apparently, his nervous tick where he scratches his neck to calm himself got out of hand when he had a panic attack as a child. Doctors compared the wound to that of an animal attack.

Personality: Although a giant in stature, Mallory is a giant of the gentle variety. Shy and meek to the point where he can revert back to being a total mute if not allowed to pilot a Zoid for long enough; Mal is a great big softy and is easily taken advantage of because of that. However, feeling at home in the cockpit of a Zoid; Mallory undergoes a transformation which he refers to as "going savage". Confident, fearless and downright vicious; Mallory suddenly undergoes a complete personality bypass in order to showcase his piloting skills only to revert back to his usual self as soon as he pops the canopy open.
He has a thing for bears, blankets and also has a nervous tick where he scratches the left side of his neck. He finds it soothing. He is also prone to panic attacks even while piloting.
Team Loyalty: Whatever team he's on.
Likes:Bears: Bears are Mallory's favourite animal. He admires them for their somewhat gentle and yet ferocious ways.
Blankets: As a child Mal had a blanket and even though he is not as fussy about which one he has now, he still finds them rather soothing and comforting.
Zoids: Mal obviously likes Zoids as a pilot. However, if kept from piloting one for too long, he reverts back to full introvert mode and becomes mutes.
Dislikes:Spiders: If bears are his favourite thing in the natural world, Spiders are by far Mal's least favourite. Not enough to be called an arachnophobia, Mal just finds spiders unnerving. In his mind there is no way something should have so many eyes and legs.
Bullies: Mallory hates bullies thanks to the fact he has been tormented by them most of his life. Although he can't seem to do much to them outside of a Zoid, he has been known to settle grudges in record timings when it turns into an all out Zoid Battle.
Noise and Crowds: In Zoid, Mal is obviously fine with loud noises but out of Zoid as soon as someone starts shouting Mal starts cringing. To him speaking softly is the only way to speak. He also dislikes crowds because of the fact they are loud and suffocate him even though he stands taller than most people within a crowd.
Fears:Being a Bad Pilot: Mal's always dreamed of becoming a pilot and being a bad one just isn't an option. Whether it's bad in terms of skill or bad in terms of morality; Mallory cannot hack the thought and refuses to become that type of person.
Panic Attacks: Mallory is susceptible to panic attacks even when in Zoid and panicking about having a panic attack usually sends him over the edge and makes things like what happened to his neck happen. So, it is only natural that Mal will do whatever he can to avoid them.
Meeting New People: Due to his crippling shyness, Mallory finds it very hard to introduce himself to new people and more often then not refuses to out of embarrassment.
Dreams:Become a Judge: Mallory's aim after a successful piloting career is to become a Judge and if possible, Head Judge. He knows that being a Judge is probably the only way in which to maintain a frequent amount of Zoid Piloting.
The Bear Dream: What Mal simply refers to as 'The Bear Dream' marks how obsessed he is with bears. Not only does he wish to use his winnings in order to purchase every single Bear model of Zoid but he also wants to open an animal sanctuary exclusively for all the different types of species of Bear.
Win the Grand Prix Grand Slam: Mal want's to win the Grand Prix Grand Slam which is when a single pilot comes top of all three Leagues. There are very few people who have done it and such pilots often go down in Legend.
Biography:
Originally from Zoid Landing, Mallory spent the first 10 years of his life as a small and sickly child. His illness eventually saw him have to be home schooled and spend a lot of time alone. Thanks to this, Mal developed a lot of social anxiety issues that he could hardly function. He hid under blankets and spent his days cuddling teddy bears in order to cope with life. Even his only friend, Aiden, had trouble trying to get Mallory to come out of his shell.
Even after Aiden ran away and was adopted into the family, Mallory was still indoor bound. He kept to himself, he stayed in his blankets and preferred to read about Bears he had apparently seen on the edge of Echo Woods. However, when puberty came around Mallory was hit like a freight train. Becoming a giant, filling out into his frame but not changing in his ways; he still needed Aiden to fight his battles for him but the two of them were now equal in terms of trying to help the family out. The two of them grew together as brothers even though they weren't blood.
The two grew into fine young men, even though Mallory was cripplingly shy, they worked hard on the farm and had the best time of their lives. But something didn't sit well with Mallory as he looked towards the holo-screens watching the Grand Prix and drinking beer with his family. It was during a moment like this that the gentle giant randomly said: "I want to be a Zoid Pilot."
A lot of people were stunned by this revelation but Aiden supported him and he even admitted that he too had thought about becoming a pilot. The two spent years trying hard to reach their dream through some sort of means; scrimping and saving money in order to try and buy their own Zoids until, on his Eighteenth birthday Aiden bought him a Bear Fighter. The Brothers were now on their way to their dreams.
But what was the price?
