Kadryn was in a town on Serenia grabbing some lat supplies before she and Kirosh headed out to Ayr. She hefted the bag full of supplies over her shoulder and ran her eyes down her shopping list one more time. Let's see, I've got the spices, grabbed the last of the food we'll be needing, got leather and metal in case we need to repair something.. what else? She knew she was forgetting something but couldn't remember what...
"I'll probably remember when we're half way across the ocean." She muttered with a sigh as she stuffed the list into her pocket. "Maybe a book on gardening or building a house.... I should look into those since we're going to need to do that..."
Was there a book store near here though?

Kadryn entered a small shop that had shelves of books she could see through the front window. If she wanted to find a guide or help book, this would be the best place right? She smiled as she entered; the place smelled nice! Not as good as the outdoors or a kitchen, but still nice! But how to find the book she needed.... She chewed on her lip as she stared at the rows of books. There's no way I can find it on my own in so short a time! I've got to go and meet Kirosh soon. She heard the sounds of someone sweeping in the back. Ah! Help!
Setting her stuff down on the counter near the door, she walked down the aisles, following the sounds. It was cramped in here, and looked like a fire hazard is she'd ever seen one! She rounded the end of one of the shelves and spotted the small green haired boy.
"Ah, hello there. Can I get some help?" She asked. He was really young... would he know where to find the books she needed?

"Well, I'm looking for anything that can help me learn how to garden or build a house... Guides or something." I could probably ask for help from other int he wild tribe... but it'd be nice to learn it on my own. She thought with a smile, doing it herself would be more stressful probably, but also more fun!
"Oh, and the plants need to be able to grow on Ayr!"

She grinned at his tone, apparently asking for garden and home building books wasn't interesting!
"Thank you. I thought that since I'm going to be settling down, I should learn something other than hunting." This boy didn't have the look of a hunter about him, perhaps he'd have some advice as well? Young as he was, he'd probably read more in his short life than she had hers!
"Have any suggestions on what I should buy? I'm moving to Ayr." Sides, all she really knew how to do was hunt and cook... Clean some too....
